I had a 30+ year old (original) roof on my home that ended up needing to be replaced. Scot Roof Co. was one of the 5 quotes I got. Not only was their price comparable to the others, but Scot Chamberlin (the owner) was very hands-on and communicative during the process which I loved! I really enjoyed meeting and speaking with Scot from the get-go. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and upfront, which I appreciated. I had a great feeling about Scot so I decided to go with him and his company. Absolutely no regrets. Best decision I have made when it came to working with a company.

Scot was very organized and timely getting the paperwork and materials together for the project. He was great at scheduling the work (e.g. knowing what days the demo, repair work, laying down the paper, delivery of materials, etc. would happen and how long it would take for each phase to be completed). He and his team did finish within the number of days he predicted it would take to complete the roof, even when I threw him a last minute curveball to replace some facia boards for me. He and his workers - Simon and Octavio were always on-time each day when they arrived and they worked until the sun set (even during some of those 100 degree days!). I really loved and appreciated the fact that as the owner and expert, Scot was up on my roof working away and that he had employees who he trusted because they were just as experienced and detailed as him. Scot is admittingly very particular and a perfectionist when it comes to his job and it showed. I also appreciated the fact that everyday when the crew left, the outside of my home (and rooftop) was left clean and organized.

I know they say that replacing a roof is (hopefully) a once in a lifetime thing you have to do, but if I had to replace my roof again I would call Scot Roofing Co. I will definitely call them back for any roof repairs or roof issues I may have. I can't say enough great things about the experience I had. My roof was completed efficiently and carefully...and is absolutely gorgeous!

One More Thing....
This project was done during the COVID-19 pandemic and another thing I really liked about Scot and his crew is that when I had to speak with any of them, they always had their mask on or they practiced social distancing. They were very respectful in that aspect which I very much appreciated.

We had a leak in our roof. Needed to get it repaired. Got estimates from 16k to 45k. From a friend we got Scott's number. He came over, and got the job. We like to have local companies do our work if possible, so he fit the bill. His company uncovered a note left from original roof company noting they did the roof in August, 25 years ago. It lasted us 25 years so we expected lots of hidden cost. Thats why we liked Scott so much as we were never surprised with an added cost. He gets my highest rating.
