SCM Roofing Services, is dedicated to the installation of shingle and tile roofs. Being a GAF Master Elite, we provide a 25-year workmanship warranty and a 50-year material warranty endorsed by GAF. Regarding tile re-roofs, we offer a maximum of 20 years on both workmanship and product warranties.

Our company is a local business with over 30 years of combined experience. We take great pride in installing the best roofing systems available in the market. Our owner, Scott Marone, grew up in Winter Haven. Scott holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. Scott Marone is a licensed General and Roofing Contractor in Florida. Starting with swinging a hammer during his high school days, to overseeing multiple floors of high-rise projects, and handling remodels for Fortune 500 companies, Scott has experience bidding, managing, and working on nearly every type of project.

Scott Marone is a family man who has deep roots in Central Florida. Having graduated from the University of Florida's construction program, and working for 2 of the most reputable general contractors in the US, Scott serves as the foundation of our company. Scott has surrounded himself by amazing talent in the office, in the field and on the roofs. Being meticulous about quality, Scott is dedicated to ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied.
