Scott, and his family company are the nicest people while selling you on the job, but the moment the check clears and the problems start ,the personality becomes nasty and takes a 180-degree turn, First you get the "" put off"" I'll be there .... Yet he never shows, then you get the "" STALL "", oh we are booked solid it will be about 2-3 weeks till we can get to you... still no shows most times , then Scott and SCI will just stop taking or returning your calls. SCI installed a new roof for me. Very soon after it was discovered that SCI failed to pitch the roof correctly so it retains over 1""- 2"" of water in various areas (called ponding) larger than 20 feet wide. Then the algae started to grow from the standing water , then within 6 months it started erupting BLISTERS that would grow from 6"" to larger than 3 feet wide all over the roof . The blisters break open exposing the foam roof below ,which then acts as a soggy sponge due to the rain which then spreads the saturation over the entire roof. Today I have over 80 blisters and a roof that is a soggy worthless sponge. A foam roof works well, but a professional REPUTABLE installer is the key. I know as I have had multiple foam roofs installed on my commercial buildings by various roof companies

Remember a warranty is only as good as the character of the person or company that issues it. With Scott and SCI's character, my warranty is worthless. Please see the pictures attached . SCI has been recoating our townhouse buildings at Jupiter One, 1420 ocean way,Jupiter,Fl.33477. The company was recommended by the manufacturer of the G.E. silicone product applied to the flat roofs. The owner, Scott, has more than surpassed their recommendation. Luciano, the pressure cleaning supervisor, did a quality job. Lance, the crew chief for the product application was meticulous and focused on all details of the project. E.J., the project coordinator was excellent at resolving any concerns that our residents expressed during the project. His calming demeanor went a long way in dealing with some of our more demanding and and entitled unit owners. I would definitly recommend this company. Wayne Pastore.

My roof looks great!! I am very happy with Lewis and SCI. I had my roof recoated and then it poured rain. They said they would fix it. True to their word they came back and completely redid it. Michael runs the crew that did my roof he is a perfectionist with a strong work ethic. He is an asset to this Company.
