Focusing on quality work, knowledge, know-how, and passion, Schulte Roofing has efficiently completed numerous complex roofing projects while also ready to manage minor issues like fixing a roof leak for your community member. We also provide roof designs while maintaining precision that results from over 25 years in service.

Talk to anyone we've worked with, and they'll attest that we adhere to our ""promise of superior service"" principle for every job, both commercial and home. This philosophy combined with our reliable guarantee is what keeps us timeless. We guarantee you that if you're not 100% happy with our services, we will consistently return your payment.

Our focus to superior service means you receive the best of service for all our solutions, including new roof installations, re-roofing, roof repairs, inspections, insurance support, maintenance services, and 24/7 assistance.

Schulte Roofing began in 1994 and incorporated in the year 2002. Originally working in the Alvin area, our brand quickly opened doors in surrounding communities like Clear Lake, TX, Pasadena, Deer Park, TX, and the Houston vicinity. In the year 1996, CEO David Schulte moved to Navasota, TX and developed Schulte Roofing as a dominant player in the Brazos Valley region. Schulte Roofing has performed extensive work throughout the southeastern part of Texas and has also worked in Chicago after a major weather event in 2000, along with Mississippi and Louisiana after Ike in the year 2005. When the company was founded, our mission and mantra were the same, ""focused on superior service,"" and for 21 years, we've maintained that dedication! However, in 2008, Schulte Roofing wanted a clearer way to articulate that promise to excellence and carry out our goals.

Schulte Roofing has always shined in the initial phase, as most companies do, but we excel the best and will continue with service even after the job because of our promise! Because of this focus, not only to our community in the Bryan/College Station region, but statewide, I believe our goal says it best:

Our aim is to deliver roofing services that exceed manufacturer specifications and to deliver affordable rates for our clients while ensuring quality to uphold our commitment ""dedicated to quality"". To maintain profitability to fund our company's expansion and stability in our industry for the present and in the years to come for both our community and our staff.

Biggest scamming company I have ever had to deal with!!! We called to get an estimate for our roof June 25th (2020). We had noticed a few shingles sticking up from the last couple storms. So this was the only company that could get out to look at it and give us a quote for ether a repair or a replacement. We had just moved in November (2019, 1490 SF double wide) so we were not sure on the roof. So they came out did there thing and came up with the repair and the replacement cost. The repair was $2,141 and to replace it was $6,472. We were told we had 30 days to accept the offer which was nice because we were going to call our insurance to see what they would cover as well. We called them to accept the repair and they sent an email to accept it (mid July 2020) we got a confirmation email for the repair. After waiting around 2 weeks we finally call them to see when they would be coming out, and it was almost like they panicked and just threw a date out for 2 more weeks later. Then by the time that day came around they called and said were backed up it's going to be another week. Then when that came up they needed one more day.
So FINALLY the day they would come out they were supposed to be at the house between 8:00-8:30, they showed up at 10:00. I had happend to see the stuff they brang with them and it looked to be all there. We needed shingles and a board replaced like the inspector said. So they go up on the roof for 1 and 1/2 hours and gone not a single word to us. I'm just thinking to myself there is know way there done, I only saw like 1 pack of shingles on the ground, no felt and no wood? So i waited for a few hours then called the company.
The inspector called me back. I asked him what the deal was on why they didn't tell us they left, why maybe 1 pack of shingles were replaced and why the bord wasn't replaced, and also why that little bit of work was almost $2,200?
His response was well they get paid for a 1/2 day of work on repairs, and I asked them about the board and they said it looked fine with a little discoloring but held nails so we called it good. Also they the price they gave us is in the contract so if they use less or more material the price doesn't change.
Well now. So I got charged $2,200 for 1 and a half hours of work, 1 pack of shingles, a board they didn't use or talk to me about even though I'm paying for it, and brand new felt roll they didn't use.

This place is dishonest on how they charge, and rip people off. From the looks of some of the other comments and replies, it looks like it happens a lot and they try to cover it up and make you look like the person that is wrong.

I could have gotten the same results they gave me if I went to Lowe's, got a pack or 2 of shingles, some roofing putty stuff, and roofing nails for like $300 max and like 5-10 videos in YouTube.

Jacob never could come to an agreement with my insurance adjuster. He was way too high.
Two months later, I finally found a closer roofing contractor and I was even able to upgrade to a metal roof with the lower price. It paid to check out another contractor!!

We contacted Schulte Roofing recently for several leaks we had from our roof. They previously had fixed several problems on our parents home and we were very pleased. Once again we are very pleased with the service they provided. Mike came out and provided a thorough inspection and a very easy to understand estimate. The timeline was reasonable and the work was completed within the timeline. Everyone I spoke to at Schulte Roofing was very courteous and knowledgeable. We won't hesitate to use them in the future!

On the day Schulte was supposed to install a new roof ( hail damage ) on our rental home, I called just to confirm that the job had begun on time. To my surprise, Mike Schulte informed me that they had moved the installation date back a week. Small problem - no one informed me. Then, the following week, when the work had begun, I drove by the property mid morning just to see how the job was coming, and imagine my surprise when I saw that they were installing the WRONG COLOR shingles ! Supposed to be sandstone color ( same color as the ones they were replacing ) and instead they had begun installing BLUISH GREY ! I called the office to inform them of this, and they had the crew pull off the wrong colored shingles and install the color I had ordered. And finally, a week after they completed the job, my tenant informed me they had cut a very large limb ( 6"" in diameter ) off of a tree without asking me - - and then just LEFT THIS 100 pound tree limb sitting in the back yard. The tenant also informed me that he had been picking up roofing nails out of the yard for a week, and was afraid to cut the grass for fear the mower may hit a nail and send it into a window - or a neighbor. Needless to say, I won't be recommending them to my friends.

I called this company 4/4/18 to get someone to look at my roof for a tear off and replacement quote .I was told someone would be getting in touch with me within the hour, two weeks later I am still waiting on that call. what has happened to customer service in America? This seems to be the new norm.

We called and told them we had a leak around our chimney flashing. They sent a tech who went into the attic and told my wife that we had a leak around the flashing (yeah, we told them that when we called). He said he would look to see if he had any flashing caulk in the truck, but it would cost $450 and may need to come back another time and we may want to do it ourselves. My wife called and told me this. I asked if he went on the roof to check it out to do a full assessment (being that we paid for one) and she said he did not. I told her to send him on his way. They charged $79 for this.

The ""roofing guy"" clearly did not want to go on the roof. He did not have flashing caulk after we told them the flashing was leaking.

I left work, stopped at Lowe's and picked up a tube of flashing caulk for $6. It took me, a total amateur twenty minutes. I am sure somebody that knew what they were doing would have taken half the time. The math on $450 for twenty minutes is $1350 per hour. That is a bit high in my book.

Me and my wife stopped by this company as they are a metal roofing company. Our roof was totalled do to a hail and wind and we wanted to go back with metal roofing.
We spoke with Steve Martinez and he informed us because we live in the DFW area, it would take time to get a image of our roof from online and we already have a insurance estimate but they would also send someone out to give us an estimate in case things were missed in our instance estimate. I gave them all my information and weeks go by no call and I start calling every day trying to get an estimate and finally. After 3 weeks I'm finally told they are too busy and I should find a local company that's not 2.5 hours away.
This was very unprofessional. They could've told me that before telling me they could do the job knowing the whole time exactly where we live. Even saying they have done some houses in DFW. I'm very disappointed in the company because they talked so professional when we visited them. Just had to say something.

Saved us Oct 2014 with a complete residential roof makeover, including a chimney leak before the historic floods since. Pulled everyone together to effect a new roof, flashing, chimney/skylights perimeter repair, fast/competitive, communicative. Feeling VERY blessed!

Beware, beware! These people seem only interested in one thing -- getting your credit card number.

I had a roof leak, found in late December, 2015. The HVAC tech who stumbled on the leak recommended Schulte. I called them, and they said an estimator could come out in about a month. The cost of the repair estimate would be $99, but it would be ""only"" $79 if I paid by credit card in advance. This ""deal"" seemed extremely unusual to me (pay a month in advance to a company you have no experience with?). I declined and said I'd pay the full $99 on the day the estimator showed up.

The estimator showed up on the appointed date; made his estimate; and departed with my $99 check. I accepted the estimate and the repair was scheduled for about a month later.

The repair people showed up; did their thing and left without a word -- no ""thank you for your business""; no ""here's what we did""; no invoice; no nothing.

Three days later I got the following email from Schulte Roofing: ""Your invoice is attached . Please reply that you have received & when we can expect payment."" Pretty rude, I think, even in this day.

I replied that we would pay before the end of the month, though my wife paid by check the next day (the tone of the email suggested to her that the firm was having a cash flow problem and needed immediate payment).

Three days after we paid the bill I received the following email from ""Accounts Receivable"" at Schulte Roofing: ""Will you be paying by credit card?"" No hello; no thank you for your business; nada.

All this company seems to want is your credit card number. And here's why this sucks: Have you ever been the victim of identity theft and credit fraud.? I have, and, as a result, I never give a credit card number to anyone I do not know or trust. And given how aggressively they have been seeking my credit card number, I don't trust anyone at Schulte Roofing.

So here's the bottomline:

1. Why ask for a new customer's credit card weeks before providing a service?

2, Why ask for a customer's credit card number after having already been told the bill was to be timely paid.?

Folks, there's something very wrong here. As I said at the beginning of this post -- beware, beware Schulte Roofing!

I had wind damage to my roof (shingles had been blown away). The repair was a small job everything considered, but my experience with everyone in the company could not have been better. They came to evaluate my roof exactly as scheduled - gave me an overview of what was wrong and options to fix vs. replaced, discussed future needs of the roof and options in that respect as well.

Once a plan was decided, they quickly scheduled the repair. Again, came exactly as schedule and fixed the roof with minimum fuss. They then followed up about a week later to see if I was happy with the work before submitting the invoice (which was exactly the price quoted). I'll definitely use them in the future when my roof needs it!
