Schott Roofing installed a new concrete tile roof on our then-29 yr-old home in 1999. Over the years there were several leaks due to broken shingles caused by various workers (solar hot water, chimney repairers, skylight repair, etc) and finally this year, Schott replaced that roof with a conventional asphalt/fiberglass shingle roof. They coordinated the work with weather forecasts during our recent rainy spells, and the work was completed on time. The roof looks great! We can't say enough about the skill and professionalism of the installers as well as the removal crew.
We highly recommend Schott roofing!! Excellent service for over 23 years.

Schott Roofing replaced my flat roof about 8 years ago.
Everything has been fine since and they just stopped by to do a requested inspection to ensure that all was good for the upcoming rainy season.
Their guy said it looks like a couple of minor repairs need to be applied and that they would take care of them in the near future.
It is so nice to work with a capable and reliable business!

this company has very poor customer service. they were hired by a management company to repair a skylight not covered in the hoa dues. they did the repair without a bid or my approval as the owner. send a bill with no explanation of work done and they make no warranty of their work. why would you hire these people. I will be telling many about my experience you can bet on that.

They will take forever! They will literally make a career out of doing your roof. They show up at 8, unload for an hour, work for 2 hours then take an hour lunch and leave at 2-3 pm. I wish I could get hired with them, then I could work a total of 4 hours in a day and be months off schedule! I would give them zero stars if possible. They are the worst.

This company was hired by management to replace the roof on the apartment building I live in. I picked up a roofing nail in the front tire on my motorcycle. When I called and talked to Kim and told her what happened she immediately told me they would replace the tire, I didn't even have to ask. Sent her the receipt via email and check mailed out the next day. Great customer service, thank you again for taking care of me!

Absolutely wonderful job. All workers very meticulous about their work. Jerry the foreman, estimator was ther every day, on the roof, making sure everything went as planned.

Every day was clean up day, with magnets for nails, and rakes for debris. These guys are/were the best. Always working, always busy. Couple days, I brought donuts, and another day pizza for lunch.
