So they came recommend. They blew off the appointment once. The guy said he will call back never did. Called the office said we will get back with you never did. Regarding the work. Will never know.

At first i was somewhat happy with this place. I drove to work my regular way, they had done a roof on a house at the end of my street, their sign was in the yard. I had run of nails they left behind. 19 nails in the right front tire, 7 in the rear tire.the tires only had 5000 miles on them! I called signature roofing told them what happened , paige said it would be covered. They gave me a check for tires but nothing for inconvenience. I had to take the tires off and take them up to be changed. Nevertheless i was happy they honored it. Seeing that i asked for someone to come out to give me a estimate on a new roof, i need one....a week goes by, i never heard a word, called them and asked again...never heard a work back!!! I could not recommend them at all

Ed Bartek and his crew were very professional and conscientious. Ed quoted a more than fair price and his crew did a great job. A very beautiful roof a great upgrade to our house. You will be happy with this roofing company.

Called on Thursday and left message, Don called me on Friday to set a time for them to assess the problem. Don and Andrew came out that day to assess the leak. They said they would have someone out to fix the problem. That following Monday I received a call from Jamie saying he was on his way to repair the leak. I was thinking to myself WOW that was quick. I couldnt be any happier with there service. I highly recommend them for any roof needs.... Thank you to everyone for being so professional.

Called for quote and the individual calling me back was rude, dismissive, and abrupt. It was as if my request for service was interrupting his day and the he was annoyed with having to call me back. Literally said ""If you are price shopping, I'm not the guy for because we are too busy"". Who doesn't ask for quotes and get the best price these days? It's a shame because this company came as a referral but I wouldn't treat any new customer like this and sure as hell won't waste my time or money on them. I'll support a company that knows good customer service.
