Since we got some rain yesterday it reminded me to let you guys know we had a great experience with SBS roofing. Few weeks ago we got our roof done and Ezequiel and his crew of roofers did a great job. They were very thorough and polite. They communicated with us to make sure what was being done and reasons why. Their bid we got was the final price at the end. The quote we got was the best one even beat my relatives companies bid. They cleaned up after themselves daily. Having dogs they walked the perimeter to pickup all the nails and trash. They cut the tiles to make sure the gaps in the valleys would flow and prevent future leaks. I verified they are license contractor with the state. Just want to let the community know we were extremely impressed with their work ethic especially since it was over 100 degrees daily. They upgraded all the metal on the roof and put drip edge to protect our fascia which is surprising that the home builder never had that installed. Thank you Ezequiel and team at SBS roofing.

Ezequiel & his crew did a great job lifting & relaying our concrete tile roof. We are having solar installed & wanted to replace our entire 32yr old roof's underlayment. They also repaired substantial termite damage before relaying UDL 50 paper & tiles. It was quite a project that took several days & included replacing the skylight. Responsive, quality work, highly recommended.
