Miguel with SBI was terrific to work with. His pricing was very competitive. My insurance was not going to cover a couple of the code upgrades until I provided documentation, so I wanted to make sure I was working with a company who could help me with that follow up. I was really impressed that Miguel remembered what I needed and he made sure his crew got me the pics I needed (and PS - I just received a second check from my insurance as a result). They worked straight through to get the work done, clean up was great, and the new roof looks amazing. Highly recommend.

We had a major leak in our newly enclosed patio from the prior year's storm so we obtained estimates from a few roof repair companies. However, we settled on SBI because they provided us with the most detail-oriented and reasonable estimate. In addition, they met with us so we could discuss all of the options and associated costs in order to complete the repairs and they gave us a very good deal. They were willing to work with us. They were prompt, got the job done quickly, did quality work and cleaned up afterwards. With these recent storms we were worried about more leaks but we had no leaks. I have referred my friends and relatives to SBI and will continue to use them for all of our future roofing needs.
