Michael Savely came with his son, and his son did all the roof inspection. Attachment showing hundreds of dollars I paid for ENTIRE roof repair per THEIR inspection and recommendations, tiles replaced from both the site of the leak as well as scattered over the rest of my roof. During the actual repair, the son came with 2 other workers who were not there during the initial inspection. The son then just left these 2 workers and did not return until they were finished. I had to tell the workers which area needed to have the paper underneath repaired, not just the cracked tile replaced. No supervision from Michael or his son whatsoever during the actual repair process, as they were not even physically there. I have a newer tile roof from 1998 build, and they assured me after the work was done that it would be good for another 10 years at least. Roof is now leaking less than 2 years afterwards. They want $250 just to inspect the roof and put a tarp over what they missed, NOT to repair it. Now they are trying to get away with it by telling me that they just repaired one cracked tile, and didn't do anything else, which my paperwork contradicts. Absolute liars! Do not contract their services, unless you want to go through this every other year!!!

I must say that Savely Roofing is the best business that I have ever dealt with. They have the best pricing and service. They completed a comprehensive roof project at my home that includes an attached garage. They replaced any wood that needed that was bad and inspected every inch of my roof to make sure it was perfect. Our home looks amazing with our new roof and we are so happy and referring them to our friends! We just had hard rain and of course no leaks and all peace of mind! This is the second time I've used Savely Roofing, and can honestly say that I will continue to use them for all of my future roofing/repair needs! Tish & Michael make a great team, and its lovely to see such a well ran family own business. The Savely team helped both to patch leaks on my mother's house roof, as well as installed brand new dormer ventilation holes in my 1926 craftsman home. We are looking forward to having a much cooler attic space now that the dormer holes provide some much needed ventilation during the HOT summer months!

The guy is rude And argumentative among other things. They made a mess and then yelled about having to clean it up. They take a lot of shortcuts just to get done.

Mike is a true gem. You won't find a faster or cheaper crew around. The quote was extremely reasonable, very quick & there were no hidden surprises.
They did a complete tear-down & replacement of the garage roof, repaired the flashing around the chimney, removed our old antenna and even spray-painted the vents to match in 2 days. I couldn't be happier with the quality, price & customer service. They cleaned up the job site so well, I hardly knew they were there. Five-year warranty on the labor.
