I called and spoke with Juan regarding our needs for roof repairs. I could tell he wasn't happy with the repair vs. new roof but he did ask me to text all the details of the repair and he will come out the next day. He pretty much disappeared and become unresponsive. Very disappointing considering the alleged 5 star reviews they have

I have used Savala's roofing for almost 20 years and loved them but my last experience is causing me to not use or recommend them anymore. They ""fixed"" a leak in my roof (they installed the roof some time ago) and a couple weeks later when I called them to say the leak was still there, they (Juan's brother) was extremely rude. He told me what did I expect, I got what I paid for and stop calling them. He said they would get back to me when they found time. So my roof is still leaking, my vaulted ceiling wood is getting water stains and water is dripping onto my flooring.
