Saunders helped me fix my shower. It had a leak in the pan and it was gonna cost me about 10k$ to replace but Saunders epoxy coated it and now there no leak. It is a temporary fix but it cost me a fraction of the price so that I can save up for the remodel. Thanks Saunders

Reed Saunders was recommended by our real estate agent who has recommended him for years. We were not disappointe, HE WAS EXCELLENT. We chose him to do specialized foundation inspection prior to buying. He gave us a very fair price/estimate for repair of our foundation and we used his services to do the actual repair prior to move in. Reed spent about an hour teaching my husband and I about housing foundation and concrete and how to safeguard our house from water damage. He went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated him sharing his expertise - in fact we just rain prepped our home in anticipation for heavy rain this winter using his advice from the fall. We would definitely consult with him for future projects.

As a realtor, I've been using Reed for assistance with many clients. I personally think he's great for foundation and drainage work. He does inspections too. Most recently he fixed a moisture issue I was having in my garage. He did some water proofing and cleaned the efflorescence for us . His prices are very reasonable too! Highly recommend.

We had a bad leak in the wall connecting our laundry room where the water heater is at and our front bathroom. It was awful. Reed came out quickly and fixed the leak and repaired the wall and came out looking like nothing ever happened. Really appreciated the expedited service and quality.

I had a small job for a house that I was selling, painting, fixing door, and clean solar tubes. The house was empty and so it should of been done quickly. The job was left unfinished and there was paint left on new floors and granite counter tops also inside of electric sockets, as for paint of the walls not so much. The door to garage from house was to be put in due to codes for a fire self closing door, they put it in and did not put in close plate so door never shut. Drywall above the new door was to be finished and was never even started. This job would of been perfect for getting new customers because the house was going to have a lot of open houses, he could of left calling cards and show off his work. But the opposite happened no cards no new customers. I called Reed to do this small job because he was the one that did the remodel on our house in 2012 and we were very happy with it, I don't know what happened. I would not recommend him to anyone.

My call to Saunders Construction provided me a quick reassurance that I didn't have an emergency. They responded the next day with a plumber who could assess my 'leak'. When the plumber arrived, he was courteous. He took time to double check and reassure me that I didn't have a leak but a different issue that was fixable. The owner of the company & the plumber collaborated on an assessment and a proposed fix to the situation. Three people were at my house on Wednesday to plan and fix the problem. Because of their rapid assessment, reassurance & solution, I hired them.

Unfortunately, the system continues to leak. The repair was completed with part of the repair not properly coated with the necessary pipe glue causing a continuation of the leak.

Too bad he is very pricy & later didn't stand behind his work. He told me to only call him between 9am - 3pm for any future contact. His apparent disdain for the call back suggests to me that I never call him again. I will not use him again.
