This company was very responsive and attended to my needs quickly. They came out to inspect areas after other companies could not find a leak and tried to sell me on repairs quoted from $1600 to $3700. They spent about an hour searching , inspecting , water testing and suring up possible problematic areas but could not find a small leak. Did not charge a dime. Highly recommended.

We've used Sarasota Roofing several times...for different small to medium issues with our 22yr old roof. And we've bee satisfied with workn and price....but this week (during a very wet spring and early summer) we called reference a leak between our house roof and fabricated roof of lanai. Lee, returned our call and scheduled to come asses the very next morning. He arrived exactly on scheduled time and delighted us by saying, ""We can take care of this right now...I have workers who can be here within the half-hour."" and that's exactly what happened. The workers arrived, and quickly finished the job. They were kind and professional. We are happy to say...it POURED last night/early this morning and no leak!

WARNING! WARNING! never experience a hellish nightmare, gut wrenching stress every time it rains which is very common in Florida. This company put up a new roof some years ago, and to this very day it still leaks from their unprofessional, unintelligent workers. This was my mistake allowing this company to put up a new roof still keeping up with patching leaks... DON'T MAKE IT YOUR MISTAKE.
