Based on a recommendation from Next Door I sent a late night text to the cell provided with my job details requesting an inspection. Knowing it was outside of business hours I expected a response the next morning or even the following Monday.

Instead I received a snarky response for the late text. Not very professional and I'll take my business elsewhere.

Very poor customer service. I made an appointment with Santa Fe Roofing after discovering a roof leak. They said they would not be able to come out and inspect for 2 weeks. I said okay and made the appointment. Two weeks later, 90 minutes before the scheduled appointment, they called and said ""we're too busy and therefore cannot make the appointment"". If you want to waste your time, this is the place to go!

Santa Fe Roofing removed our old roof and replaced it with a new asphalt shingle roof last week. We decided to use them because their price was fair and they came highly recommended. The team showed up per the agreed upon schedule; they were conscientious in their work and they did a great job cleaning up any debris. They were respectful relative to our home and landscaping. My husband and I were very pleased with the new roof. The crew paid great attention to detail in handling some difficult areas of the roof that had caused leakage in the past. We highly recommend Santa Fe Roofing.

I ask many business to give many quotes for service. Santa Fe Roofing got back to me and set up a appointment for a quote. The price was good and the time frame worked for us. They showed up on time Did what they said they were going to do. No expensive add on's. The price was right. They tech team was great and polite, even to the dogs. I can tell you that they were proud of the work they did. When each job was complete the tech leader walked me though the job and explained what they did. They took pride in their work. We are very happy with the work that will look great and last a long time.

Monte, A very closed minded roofer! Monte is one of the preferred roofers for Baker Electric. He is doing a disservice to Baker because he can't open up his mind to other materials that are innovative and cost much lower. Monte has probably stocked piled his entire storage place or wherehouse on Asphalt products a technology of the past he claims asphalt will last 50 years the reality is it only last 10 years! I introduced a product to him which will truly last 50 years and lower my insurance for my home by 45% and get this! Retail price for the product is $4.50 Sq Ft with shipping included from Canada not China! Monte called Enviroshake to confirm the price and in the process He flat out blasted the Enviroshake Rep claiming that she must be high on crack! That's really professional Monte! DON""T LET THIS GUY HARD SELL YOU ON ASPHALT ROOFING! He has the product at $1.50 a Sq Ft and will charge you $12 a Sq Ft. That that sound honest to you? Oh in order to not install the Enviroshake on my house he Quoted the Enviroshake with accessories and labor at $22 a Sq Ft. Good one Monte you are a flat out lier just like your other reviews at least you are consistent, lier!

Daniel just installed 2 dormer vents to increase venting for my whole house fan. He was a great guy all around and I would request him again. Now my venting is in, maintenance on my roof is done, and I'm ready for winter rain. Thanks to Daniel, Tarey , and Monte .

Santa Fe Roofing came out on 7/29/17 to give me a quote on a new roof, I was told they would get back to me in a couple of days. No word yet, I just called and was told they are not interested in providing me with a quote....my roof is steep and has several pitches.
Poor customer service, a call would of been nice to notify me. Also, I suggest they remove the photos on their web page if they are not staffed nor qualified to handle steep roofs.

I needed a new roof and I shopped around for quotes. Not only were Sante Fe Roofing one of the cheapest, they were also one of the few to actually follow up and return my phone call. That should be not much to ask for but I was having trouble with other companies. I dealt primarily with Chris and he was awesome. He answered all of my questions and followed up with me. They replaced my whole roof on one week and did a good job. I would definitely recommend Sante Fe Roofing and I would use them again.

Horrible service!
I made an appointment last week with this company to find the source of a leak with my roof. I confirmed yesterday that the appointment was good. One hour before their showtime, they call to cancel, because a bigger emergency happened. Um, what? I made at appointment and I get bumped? And to make it even worse, they can't offer an appointment for a future date?
Completely horrible, disrespectful company! Avoid at all cost if you value your time and patience!
There are not enough good reviews to outweigh how this company handled this situation. Pure and utter garbage.

Don and his team did a great job on my roof!

He was very reasonable and was very honest and open about all the different roofing options I had. He made sure that my roof was done properly and up to code.

When work started, his team was always on time, and cleaned the work site before they left every day.

The workers were a friendly bunch, and worked very quickly. My entire roof was finished within three days! When they were finished I noticed they cleaned my patio even better than I originally had it. I was very impressed.

I would recommend Santa Fe Roofing to my friends and family if they ever had roofing needs.
