They did a great job repairing roof tiles damaged by tenting our house for termites. They arrived on time and were very professional. They cleaned up everyday! I received quotes from other companies, and they were the most reasonable.

I rarely compliment a roofing company, but I just have to mention Santa Fe Roofing. We recently had them do a repair on our commercial building roof. It was an area about 20' by 30' was leaking badly. Their guys were very friendly, informative, professional and helpful to me and my staff. Watching the work they did I can tell it was a job well done. They were very meticulous with the way they rebuilt areas that where damaged and where other roofing companies had done a bad job. And they left the worksite very clean! A rare thin in the construction industry. We will definitely use Santa Fe Roofing in the future.

On 9/27/23 I hired Lowes to re-roof my house. Sub contractor Santa Fe Roofing tears off my old shingles. Neglecting to inform me that they would be removing the skylights, Pieces of old shingle and roofing debris fall all over my master bed room and closet causing damage. Then Santa Fe Roofing informs me that the shingles were ""accidently"" not ordered and would not be delivered for a week or two. It rains on my unprotected roof from 11/29/23 until 12/4/23 I have mold, water damage, During install, I notice something is not right with the roof installation, I bring it to the attention of the manager of Santa Fe Roofing. He tells me that they do not install Ridge caps, Starter shingles, or Leak Barrier in So Cal. I contact Lowes and they tell me that Santa Fe will Install what I paid for, and that is required to qualify for GAF warranty . After Lowes contacted him, He said he was going to comply and install the ridge vents, and then he told his workers not to install the ridge vents, hoping that I would not notice. Lowes had to step in again and call him out on it, or he would have cheated me out of what I paid for. After being called out for not installing the roof correctly. The roof is done, with a lot of problems. Mold, Overmeasurement, damages. I have reached out to Lowes and Santa Fe roofing They denied any responsibility. Since then I have had my roof inspected by an independent roofing company who found several items not done to code. My house reeks of mold and my wife and I are forced to sleep in our RV due to bad mold contamination in the house

One of my neighbors had their roof replaced by Santa Fe Roofing and they recommended them to me. I received a very fair quote from Chris and his crew did a very professional job. There was always at least 4 - 5 people at a time working on our roof so the job was completed faster than I expected. At the completion of each work day they always did a great job of cleaning up. I'm very pleased with their quality work and I no longer have an old leaking roof. I strongly recommend Santa Fe Roofing.

Chris and his team are professionals. They did exactly what was promised and they delivered quality results. I'm pleased with the cost and results of the job Santa Fe Roofing provided. I really enjoy referring top notch companies and I will for sure speak highly about Santa Fe Roofing to anyone who asks me if I know of anyone who can do roofing and gutter work. Thank you again to Chris and his team!

First off we had our home in Carlsbad since 1986. The tile roof was starting to leak a tad because the paper below and the flashing's were getting old - like failing. I called Santa Fe Roofing because they had done the back of the home for SOLAR a year prior. I knew they were better than VERY GOOD.
Monte at Santa Fe Roofing was first class and down-to-earth. His sub contactor for removal Ronnie Shaw at A &R was also excellent. Monte's crew was right there to do MORE THAN CONTRACTED FOR by-the-way. That is the first sign of a great company.
They added things I had not contracted for in the contract. Like the VENTS and super great roofing paper. All the crews were on time and efficient to get things done. Monte's crew even waited for the light rain to cease to get the job finished on time and nicely done too.
Monte himself is a pleasant person and easy to deal with. You can tell this is not his first Rodeo. Yes, if you want a first class job and great workers think about giving SANTA FE ROOFING a call - ask for MONTE. His crews are super polite and will get your roof fixed right. Call them now.

Monte and his guys at Santa Fe Roofing did a great job on our cement tile roof. Communication with Monte was easy whenever I had a question. The workmen were professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. Overall, we can recommend Santa Fe Roofing to anyone in need of a new or repaired roof.
PS., Before they could start work on the new roof, when it was raining cats-n-dogs and the old roof was leaking like a sieve, they came out at no cost and tarped the area of the roof that was leaking. We really appreciated that.

We had Baker Electric install solar on our house, and we payed an additional 4000 to have them remat our roof. This was about 2016.
Baker subcontracted to Santa Fe Roofing.
First time a big rain came, water was leaking into our house.
Long story short, they've been out about three times since then because they can't fix the leak.
This past rain, it still leaks.
If you use Baker, make sure you DO NOT let them sub to Santa Fe Roofing for your roof work. Look elsewhere.

We are so pleased with the hard work Andy and his crew at Santa Fe roofing put in at our house over the past week. Everything from the Demo process to install was seamless. These guys really pay attention to detail. On our house there were many areas of fascia that had termite damage and wood that had rot. At each damaged piece, Andy would bring to our attention the areas that needed to be replaced and we could decide if the wood was something we wanted to repair. Also the ohagen vents as well as the additional roof penetrating vents were flashed to code and were painted to match the new tiles that were installed. We have the best looking roof on our block thanks to Santa Fe roofing. Look no further for your roofing needs. We are very happy with this crew and know that you will be too!

Chris of Santa Fe roofing is a superb model of good customer service. Working with him was easy and a pleasure--he was patient with our questions, very responsive to all communication. Our new roof and gutters look great--we had a couple of minor issues--they were addressed super fast with no hassle. I would definitely recommend Chris and his team.
