Did a fantastic job on fixing drainage issues and reinforced our flat roof. They took down and reinstalled our solar panels as well. They were neat and tidy, removing all debris afterwards. They even showed us a less expensive option than what we had initially proposed. Saved us $4K! Highly recommend them.

We bought our home in May of 2020. During the purchase, the home inspector commented that our asphalt roof appeared to have two old, crumbly layers (about 40 and 20 years old).l that needed to be replaced.

Monte from Santa Fe Roofing came out and gave us an incredibly thorough and reasonable quote (it was the midpoint of 3 quotes we received). He was conversational, respectful, and honest- so honest, in fact, that he was willing to talk himself out of a job by telling us that we could probably wait awhile before replacing the roof if it wasn't leaking. This straightforwardness and honesty is exactly why, a year later, we went straight to Santa Fe Roofing when we were ready to get the job done.

Monte honored the quote he had given us the year prior, with slight adjustments due to the increased cost of lumber. He connected us with Tarey, who was equally wonderful, to bid a quote on the partial tear down of our condemned precast Rampart General Chimney. The pricing was more than fair and the pics speak for themselves as to the enhanced curb appeal of the quality work that was completed!

During the 3 and a half days it took the replace the roof and tear down the solid-concrete-with-rebar precast chimney, the team was incredibly efficient and respectful of our property. Absolutely no complaints about their work!

A generic tip for anyone getting their roof replaced: cover everything in the garage if you don't have an internal ceiling! We were lackadaisical about covering things, and there was definitely a lot of asphalt crumbles all over, in every nook and cranny. Additionally, we learned the importance of covering our bathroom fans as crumbles got into the bathroom through the fans. Crumbles also came through the microwave and the vent over our hot water heater and kitchen plumbing vent... again, no fault to the crew, it's just messy work!

All in all we could not be more pleased or grateful. The pics really speak for themselves and we are so happy with our new roof!

I want to say what an incredible job Santa Fe Roofing and Rain Gutters performed on the replacement of my roof and rain gutters. I had a new 5,300 square foot concrete tile roof installed along with new 5 inch seamless rain gutters. Tarey on the roofing side and Chris on the rain gutters were both very professional and knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they would do on time! Chris came for an estimate. He explained the problem to me and after some consulting, we decided it was best to wait for summer for more substantial work and avoid throwing money away by doing patch work. Just had my roof repaired. These guys are Great. They sent out a crew of 3. Our contact was Chris, he gave us a very fair quote and Victor ran the job onsite. We were impressed at how hard this crew worked. They started as soon as they got here, no messing around.
