We called out Mr. Fox on a day we found out our roof was leaking. He did come out later that afternoon with a few of his team members. After inspecting and making a recommendation, he said he would send over an estimate to our company to fix the issues. That is the last time we heard from him after multiple phone calls to get the estimate. He turned down other companies to come out and look at the leak that day because he had already come out and told us he could address it within the next few days. We are now back at square one trying to call companies again to get this leak fixed. While he was here he was courteous and knowledgeable, but the follow through has literally been non-existent, so I hope our case is an anomaly and not the norm.

This guy's a flake. He came to inspect my roof two days late, then didn't hear from him. I called him to find out the prognosis of my roof; he told me a few shingles needed replacing, etc. and that he'd email me the photos and estimate. This never happened. Four days later, I called his cell, inquired about it, and was told he would get to it first thing when he returns to his office. Again, nothing happened. This was almost 2 weeks ago.
