I used these guys for several years to clean my roof gutters. This year I asked if they did fence staining. Yes they did and would. The guys who cleaned the roof sprayed the fence with stain I provided and let it drip down the wood in clumps. Some of the fence doesn't look stained at all. I was unable to see the damage until the next day when the stain dried where there were beads of stain dried in little lumps in places (should have been brushed). To top it off, it appears they emptied unused stain in the back yard and my dog came in with it on her paws. I called the owner and left a message but never heard back. It's an expensive learning lesson. Now I'm out there trying to fix the discoloration myself. I'm very upset and disappointed. I wouldn't use them a gain for anything.

I first had them come out to clear accumulated debris from my roof: they showed up on time and did the work with ""hustle"". Will definitely use them again.
I then found out that they clean solar panels!!! Turns out that ""window cleaners"" do a fine job on solar panels. Again: they showed up on time and this time, because the helper had not reported for work, showed even more ""hustle"".
Will be having them out 1-2 times a year!

Excellent service, work and extremely competent employees. Ronaldo is so easy to work with and responds quickly. An all-in-one service who do just about everything. Windows, gutters and carpet cleaning. You name it, they do it. Very easy 5 star review. Would give more stars if possible.

We hired Complete Services for a roof cleaning service. As regular person you would probably assume that a ""roof cleaning"" results in a clean roof. When we pointed out that all the moss was still on the roof at the end of the cleaning service, the owner Rolando told us that we had not requested a ""power wash of the roof"" and that this would cost us thousands of dollars. When we pointed out that we did ask for a roof cleaning and that we did not care how the cleaning was done, but rightfully expect a clean roof at the end, Rolando became patronizing saying that everybody would know that a roof cleaning does not take care of moss and that a power wash would be needed for that.
Beside the bad and borderline unethical business practice, his comments are also flat out lies:
A quick internet search and a few calls showed us that a power wash of the roof does not cost thousands of dollars.
Moreover, many contractors prefer to do a soft wash or dry removal of moss since a power wash can damage the roof tiles.
So, buyer beware, with this company you could be out of $540 for your roof cleaning and still not have a clean roof!

How I found out the hard way that construction and housing repair costs in Silicon Valley are the highest in the world.
I have lived in the same 3 story house since it was built in 1987, attached on both sides to a section of 9 houses. This past winter, water started leaking big time at the roof gutter section where gutters from contiguous houses meet.
Problem exacerbated by the presence of three redwood trees in our front yard, whose leaves and branches clogged up neighbor's scuppers and downspouts. Apparently it also causes the gutters to degrade and rust quicker.
I had to get on the roof and clear out the gutters of leaves periodically. Getting too old to do work 30 feet off the ground on wet and slippery asphalt shingles, leaning over to clean out the gutters. Reminds me of my late mother asking my late father in his 90s to get on the top of a 6 foot ladder on a sloped walkway, and use an electric hedge trimmer to top a 6 foot hedge. Penny wise, and pound foolish!
Neighbor got a number of bids to replace the roof gutters on both houses. Some bidders took one look at the height of the roof and backed out, as their insurance would not cover replacing gutters 30 feet off the ground on a slanted asphalt roof. Definitely not a job for people afraid of heights!
Neighbor had the end unit, and had 165 feet of gutter to replace, compared to my 85 feet of gutters, so I let him make the calls. He picked SCVCS, as he was impressed with the quality of the metal gutters, even though Alex Gutter Inc was considerably less expensive.
Job postponed one day as rain had stalled work on a previous job on April 17. How often does it rain in April?
Day of the job, I have the wife move her car out of the garage and onto the street. Working on my Yelp reviews at 8:30am in the morning, when lots of crashing sounds with the house start shaking . Loma Prieta earthquake from 1989 occurring yet again? No, just a crew of 5 contractors leaning over the edge of the angled roof to remove the nails holding in the roof gutters supports. The big bang is from them throwing the roof gutters onto the concrete driveways below. Incoming!
All day affair to replace the roof gutters on both contiguous houses. Put in the state of art leaf screens, over the gutters. Three man effort to fit a 20 foot section of gutter on the 3rd floor level from a 24 foot ladder on the rear deck. Helps that I have a fire escape to reach the top.
Only snafu was additional work not in the first estimate, of replacing two scuppers and drainpipes on the garage. $600!? Bring my portion to $4250, about the cost of going to Hawaii for a week, while my neighbor paid $1000 more. No discount for two jobs on roofs next to each other? Won't know the quality of the workmanship until it starts raining in November, six months from now. Five year guarantee.
Both the neighbor and I agreed that Rolando, who did the estimate, was very pushy about the expensive state of the art leaf screens, which cost $1400 for installing 85 feet, and a bit overly motherly type and even a bit condescending, when hearing that I actually went on the roof to clean out the gutters. Rolando, were you a used car salesman before?
No more leaks in this house, which is more than I can say for the White House!

I must give only 3 stars the guy came to our house to clean the window immediately starts that to clean my windows will cost me more despite the quote that was given by Rolando when I oppose him he agreed to start the work the track was okey but not even for 4 stars

We are dissatisfied with their carpet cleaning services. The owner told us he can clean under the bed. Unfortunately when the workers came, the area under the bed wasn't clean. The cleaning head can't bend that way. Perhaps the workers didn't want to bother with switching the cleaning heads? But that's not a big deal for us. The worst part was when the cleaners missed a walk in closet. When we pointed this out, he said that he did clean it, but used less water. This is a lie. It is completely dry with debris on it still. Any other closet that was cleaned felt damp without any debris. Oddly, the guy ended up using our vacuum cleaner to vacuum the closet.
overall, the work was rushed. It wasn't worth the money.

The first to review in the past 6 years - wow?!?! Rolondo does not get enough credit!
I had him and his team come to my house for some gutter cleaning, window cleaning as well as cleaning solar panels. First off - top notch.
He also found other issues that I needed to be aware of (took pictures so I could actually see the damage). He was able to quote on the spot and then fix (minor issues, but nice to not to have to schedule another stop).
The windows - cleaning the tracks HELPS SO MUCH...the screen door slides sooooo much better now - AMAZING.
He also recommended come preventive measures (and the ""pay off time"" should I decide to move forward.
I have already recommended him to a neighbor.

We've been using Santa Clara Valley Complete Services for years to clean our rain gutters before the winter rains and we've always been happy, but this year, we also had them cut back a wisteria that grows over the house and clean our skylights. Juan and Ruben (the team that worked on our house today and in past years, too) did an amazing job -- it's no easy thing to clean a rain gutter that's buried under an old wisteria vine! And they're a pleasure to talk with. Prices for all of the work were completely reasonable.

If you need your carpets cleaned look no further! No added charges no fake specials that end uo 2x higher when they leave-actual clean carpets! Professional workers and the BEST results!
A+++
