Whether you are purchasing a new roof yourself or with the help from Insurance it can be a very difficult process. You hear all these horror stories about fly-by-night companies. When you make a big purchase like this you want to know that you're taken care of and that they care about you and your property. I personally got more than seven quotes. I paid attention to how they came out to quote me. On each one I watched where they placed the ladder to get on my roof, if they were on time, if they communicated with me, even how they followed up with me and a lot more. I felt that how they took care of me when they came to do an estimate meant a lot. I also checked to make sure that the company had a permanent office or warehouse. I checked Yelp, Angie's List, and BBB reviews. I wanted a company that had permanent employees not ones that they picked up that morning. I was highly disappointed with a lot of the other companies. Some failed all my tests miserably.
Sanders Roofing however shined through like a diamond in the rough. They were very respectful of my property and they were very knowledgeable. Eric was awesome...he went over everything with us in great detail so we knew what to expect. Eric was on site every day to make sure that the work was getting done properly. Alonzo who was in charge of installing my new metal roof was wonderful. He and his crew did everything they could to make it easy for me. They were also very respectful of all my property and time. I could tell the crew had worked together for some time. They all knew their jobs and got started and stayed busy the whole time. They all seamlessly knew what to do from start to finish. It was a chaotic dance from tear down to finished product but the crew made it look effortless even though it is very hard back-breaking work. I am very satisfied with how Sanders Roofing treated me and my wife through the whole process. There is no need to go through all the trouble I went through to find the right company...just trust Sanders Roofing they are AWESOME!!!! Believe me I am not being paid for any of this review I am just so pleased with all they did.

I also am planning to talk to them about my gutters. If they did this good on my roof I can't wait to see what they can do with those.

Sanders did a great job on our roof. We picked them because other neighbors on our neighborhood Facebook page had recommended them. They worked with our insurance company (we had wind damage), showed up when they said they would and did a great job. Our roof looks wonderful. Thanks much!

Great Job! Got our entire roof replaced in one day and cleaned up our back patios better than we left them. Came out next day and put in new gutters. Very patient with our horrible insurance. Our roof looks great! Everyone on our street used these guys.

Jordan worked with us and helped us file claims with our insurance for hail and wind damage. Working with insurance was not easy, but he was patient. I had my doubts about whether or not insurance would approve it, and I wasn't really eager buy a new roof myself. I also didn't want to wait for leaks or problems, so I was pretty concerned.

Persistence and patience got it done. We now have a beautiful new roof funded by insurance, and I'm not nervous when there is a big storm or embarrassed to look at my house when I get home every day.

DO NOT PURCHASE GUTTER INSTALLATION FROM THEM! They did a quote door to door and quoted me double what I just got from another company. He told me I wouldn't find anything as low as his offer, and only said his offer was good for 12 hours, it was that good.

He tried to pressure me into an overpriced quote, and I don't appreciate that at all.

HE IS OVERPRICED FOR GUTTER INSTALLATION! What else is he overcharging for?
