Tracy and Kim Sanders, a husband and wife duo, run Sanders Roofing & Exteriors, managing its daily operations. Tracy's background in the roofing industry spans many years. Kim, a registered nurse, dedicated many years to state service before joining the family business.

After launching Sanders Roofing & Exteriors in 2010, Tracy saw rapid growth and invited Kim to join him full-time. While Tracy focuses on production, Kim takes care of bookkeeping and the administrative responsibilities of the office. When not at work, Tracy and Kim enjoy fishing and value family time with their three kids.
