Sanders Roofing and Crew have done a fantastic job on a very tough roof. Over 2000 square foot 112-year-old tall single story L shape with 2 dormers 3 eyebrows, and chimney. 3 layers of roofing, 1 shake 2 shingle and skip board at the base. The access was from an ally and street, so they had to Lump all the old roof out and all the new material in and up the ladders. Alot of hard work for all of the crew. They were working hard for 8 days to complete the house and the carriage garage. They took the extra time to make the roof sound and looking great. The price was very reasonable. Especially after all of the hard work and detailed effort they put in!

I called in a roof repair on July 31st and the job was never done, I repeatedly called and asked when and if it would be done. today when I called the receptionist laughed into the phone. And just for reference we spend over $35,000 on three new roofs this year. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

Sanders offered the lowest price, and was able to complete the job just a short time later. On re roof day, they were well equipped with several trucks and employees, and they were eager to get to work. No lounging around drinking coffee thinking about what to do. Some guys started the tear off process immediately as others laid tarps. Their team work was excellent. Everyone we spoke with was professional and courteous. The job was 95% finished in 1 day. They returned 2 days later to finish the remaining area and install the last few vents. Clean up was better then expected. If I were to find any leaks my opinion could change, but as of now, I highly recommend this company.

They have not called back or finished the repair. I also asked for a quote for improved rain gutters. I have heard nothing. Do not bother calling them.

I called Sanders' Roofing in to repair a leak. They responded the same day, especially after I said that I wanted the work done and did not need an estimate in advance - on the strength of these Yelp reviews, mind you.

Well, the roof still leaked. It happens, I get it, roofs are tricky. What I don't get is why they haven't responded to my multiple attempts to reach them to get them out there again. I have asked them back three times. I am not sure if they ever actually showed up.

It has been about a month now. Before I wrote this review I called them one last time to alert them that this was their last chance before I wrote a poor review.

I asked them to tell me how many times they have been to the house. The receptionist said she would have to talk to the owner. I never heard back. I said that I would like to give them one for chance and that I would like them to look from the attic before they attempt another repair. I never heard back.

I mentioned the roofer I was using to a friend and they said they had a similarly disappointing experience with Sanders. I am going to get them logged in on Yelp so that they can help draw a more accurate picture for consumers.

Don't bother with Sanders' Roofing. They are unreliable, undependable, and the work was shotty. Sorry. I wanted to write a good review, but they failed to fix the roof or even communicate with me about the fix.

These guys did a great job! They worked quickly, but paid a\tention to detail, something not always seen these days. And, they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. All this, plus Sanders Roofing came in 20% under all other bidders. I got way more bang for my buck from them compared to all the other companies. My experience with them in the office was equally impressive. I found them to be very curtious, flexible and accomodating to work with. I am very happy I chose Sanders Roofing..

Bob Sanders roofing has been around and in this area for sometime. Their experience definitely shows through. We have a difficult roofing situation and they have been responsive and diligent in getting to the bottom of the issue. They have been very responsive even in the most undesirable weather conditions. My experience with the folks in the office, the roofers that came to our house, and the owner have been nothing but positive.

This is the second job they have done for our family and their thoroughness and service couldn't be better. With the; fresh metal edging all the way around every building and garage, heavy felt under the shingles, superb flashing around the chimney and super job with the roof cap. I'm sure glad we called on them to do the work. Deb was quick to get answers for my questions and their bid was quite reasonable. We have a few neighbors planning to use them in the near future. ;o)

Bob Sanders roofing is great if you want to do the clean up yourself. Picked up over 50 nails and tons of scraps. Their idea of clean up was to blow the debris off our deck and into the forest. They couldn't even sweep of the secondary roofs from tear off. The rain did a nice job washing it off onto the ground. They dropped scraps down our water heater flume, which proceeded to melt and smolder setting off our smoke alarms. Thank god we had just gotten home from work. Our supply lines into the tank are now melted. After the first rain, we had three leaks in our bathroom. The company apparently doesn't understand mass flow analysis, as they cut our gutter system pipes by half as well. Extremely problematic, and extremely frustrating.
