I discovered a leak in my roof and need to replace. I did my research checking prices, reviews etc....
After much research, I decided to choose Saner and Sons Roofing.
The reason is for several reasons.
- When they came out to inspect the roof for a quote, I was unable to be there, but my niece was. They were very clear in explaining what the options were with the replacement.
- Cost was very comparative with today's market. And can appreciate based on the breakdown, full disclosure of cost material vs labor.
- Instillation - Quick with the work, but also to make sure to follow the guidelines (permits, inspections roof removed and put on).
- Communication - I'm extremely big on transparency. The communication was perfect. No question was too small or irritating.
I'm very pleased with the final results and have referred Sander and Sons Roofing to several homeowners.

My inquiry was promptly returned with a phone call from Joey. Within 1/2 his father Alex came out to access my situation. I thought I needed a new TPO roof over my leaking flat metal roof. Alex took the hose and cleaned my downspout, he also ran water where the leak was, no water came through. Problem solved! He was so honest and upfront telling me I didn't need a new roof, I just needed to keep the downspout cleaned! Highly recommend and will certainly keep them in mind should I decide to replace my roof in the future.

These guys are the BEST. Alex and his son Joey made sure that my requests were taken care of. Not 1 nail on my property, my flowers and shrubs were protected as well as my house. Their workers arrived on time everyday, worked non-stop and when they left everyday all was clean. Inspections were done without any issues and my wind mitigation was also completed without issue. Two weeks ago they replaced a roof across the street from my house and smashed my mailbox. I called, got a machine, and left a polite message asking that someone return my call to get the issue resolved. I didn't want a $400 mailbox. I wanted them to pay me the $50 it cost to have the mailbox replaced. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't had the courtesy to return my call. It's a lousy business practice so it's safe to assume it's a lousy business.

Sander and Sons installed a new roof around 3.5 years ago. I noticed a couple of weeks ago a rotten piece of plywood that covers the pool pump. I called Alex and asked him if that was normal. He told me to send pictures. Within a week he sent a crew to make the repair. All said and done it looks like brand new. After this amount of time Alex didn't hesitate and did what was right. I am a member of the Board of Directors as well as the Chairperson of the HOA'S Architectural Control Committee. All exterior change requests must come before this committee and either be approved or denied. I must say that I contacted Alex numerous times before the roof replacement began to be certain all criteria were met. He always returned my calls promptly and courteously. When the project was completed it was reviewed and I personally contacted Alex and thanked him and the crew for doing such a fantastic job. His crew was efficient, fast, the clean-up was awesome and the pride in their work truly showed. With the villa owner's approval we will be using Sanford & Sons completed project as a showcase model for other owners wishing to replace their roof.
