We needed a major bit of cleaning on a small patio and sidewalk area outside my parent's Florida home. I looked at reviews, did my online research, and contacted Eli of Sandbar Softwash. Quick response time, quick to set up an appointment, and I was absolutely not disappointed! Eli was courteous and pleasant, a great communicator, and did a wonderful job! Very reasonably priced, the patio and sidewalk look good as new! He was even able to remove a lot of the rust from the sprinkler systems, and some of the mold that had collected beneath the sliding glass doors. Above and beyond what I expected, I would highly recommend Sandbar Softwash and Eli!

Excellent experience with Eli for a gutter cleaning. He was prompt, thorough, AND the most affordable when compared to other gutter cleaning services I received quotes from. It's hard to find all three in one company. I believe it is a family owned company which is an added bonus to support. Definitely intend on continuing to use Sandbar for maintenance gutter cleaning and will likely switch our pool cage cleaning to them also. Will report back on how the pool cage cleaning goes.
