Gilberto Sanchez met with my 75 year old mother and gave her an estimate for a metal roof. Took a $3,000 down payment from her and never showed up never delivered any materials never been able to contact him. This was 5 months ago.

Sanchez Metal Roofing repaired the place where the chimney connects to the roof. A previous roofer did a terrible job and tried to solve it with lots of sealer. Sanchez Metal Roofing took the time to fashion a piece that would wrap around the junction, and would direct water where it needed to go. They also took the time to check all parts of the roof (something none of the others who gave bids did). Best of all, Gilbert was polite and professional, and his prices were lower than other estimates. I was very satisfied with his work and will call again should we need another roof repair!
