I just completed a roof replacement with San Ventura Roofing. We had a great experience from start to finish and the final product turned out great! The crew was professional and showed up consistently to complete their work. We coordinated with Willy Jr through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also worked directly with a solar company to oversee the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels. This meant executing the roof tile installation in a way that allowed the solar team to complete their install without damaging any of the new roof material. San Ventura's pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes we received and I would definitely recommend using them for a roof replacement.

If u have a small job it's not worth his effort to help you out . Don't waste your time . You may have a flooded house before you realize he isn't coming back .

I was referred to Willie at SV by my real estate agent. I was in the process of getting a relative's house ready to sell and during the recent storms the roof had developed a leak. Trying to coordinate work long distance is a challenge, even more so after record breaking downpours and wind. Everyone in So Cal has a leaky roof! Willie returned my call the next day, took time to explain various options depending on our budget and the extent of the damage and then made time to come out and do an estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable and he could turn the job around within our time frame to get the house on the market. In the end, we got an ""as is"" buyer so we didn't move forward on the roof. But Willie's advice and estimate gave me much needed information to have confidence in our decisions. I can't thank Willie and his team enough!!! Highly recommend!!!

We were referred to San Ventura years ago by a friend. Our prior home (2 story) needed a new roof. We got 3 quotes prior to selecting SV. They were the middle bid, but not too far from the lowest. Why didn't we choose the lowest? Well I'm terms of responsiveness, promptness and customer service they were the best. This was all before the selection too. Once we signed the contract, they met every expectation. Their workmanship was amazing. Their customer service from both the office and during the job was top notch. At the end they walked the perimeter of the home and did an immaculate clean up job. Not one nail or piece of trash was left behind. Fast forward 4 years...we are now in a new home and we're thinking about solar. The solar company was trying to tell us we needed to replace our roof at a price tag of $24K prior to installing the solar panels. Yes $24K!!! We called San Ventura and they said they would send someone out to take a look. They hopped on the roof, noticed a couple minor repairs that were needed at a modest $1200 cost and said if you need us to make the repairs (which aren't really necessary at this time) let us know. Then they left. No charge, mo hassle, no nothing except excellent customer service. Thanks Sam Ventura, we will always come to you for our roofing needs.

I had the same experience as Tim A. I am a Real Estate Agent and had them come out to do a roof inspection for a client in escrow. I called several times and finally got the estimate. Then the impossible....I tried to schedule the repairs. I called 10 times and sent emails to get the job scheduled. Finally they made an appointment and they NEVER showed up!!!! What an embarrassing situation. My client was so upset. I called to ask them what happened and they didn't even know the tile person didn't show. They said they would call me back and never did. Save yourself a lot of time and don't bother calling them. I will never recommend them again.
