100 STARS! I would Highly recommend Effrain and his crew for your next roofing project! They are extremely professional, skilled, honest, courteous and an overall pleasure to work with, all at very reasonable price. I have many little ones and they took great care to clean each day of the demo, install and final day. I love my skylights and new vents! All the wood rot is replaced and painted perfectly to match. The best part was his wise recommendation for Low E insulation. I have seen a drop in my utilities and my large (whole house) attic and garage are at least 30-40 degrees cooler. This enticed me to utilize it for storage and a loft whereas before it was a sauna. I basically doubled my square footage lol I couldn't be happier customer! Thank you San Marcos Roofing!

Efrain and his crew were top notch! It is rainy season here in SD. I called many roof companies to inquire about a leak repair. Most did not answer or return phone calls. Efrain, was extremely responsive. He came out the next day for the quote and clearly showed what the problem was and what his crew would do to fix it.
