I called to see about roof repair or replaced. The man who answered asked where I was called from. When I told him, he said, ""I wish you woulda called sooner. I was just there"". What an odd response! He said he'd come to see it a few days later. They showed up. They were here maybe 5 minutes and said he'd be in touch. He called a couple of days later and said he couldn't do it. I didn't ask why. I was just glad this weirdo wouldn't be back.

They came out and gave us a bid for various mobile home repairs. Then it was emailed to me. For approx one week, I've been trying to contact them. Left messages on their phone, now their voice mail is full, I've send emails and had no reply. A simple phone call would be nice. Even during Covid, communication is everything to a customer. Especially a potential customer.

These people will rip you off and not think twice about it!! My elderly mother bought a mobile home and called this company to advise her on what to do about the roof. Due to the fact that the roof was already 50 years old, they should have replaced the whole thing. But, instead, they ""patched"" it for only $2500.00!!! First time she had rain, the roof leaked in four areas of the house. So, we called them to fix the problem and once again, after the next rain, it continued to leak in the very same places that they claimed to have ""fixed."" They are incapable of doing anything as far I can tell and I would NOT trust them. Because of their incompetency and bad business practices, we now have to figure out how to pay for extensive dry rot and possible mold. If they would have conducted themselves like professionals from the beginning and done the work that was necessary, we wouldn't be having this problem and I may have been able to give them a much better review.
If -5 stars was an option, that's what I would give them. My next complaint will be with the State Contractor's Board.

San Luis Systems did an excellent job on our home. We had them level and do various things to improve the stability. There employees were very respectful and informative. They took pictures and kept me updated on the work being performed. I highly recommend them!

We had a loose piece of metal on our mobile home roof. A very nice contractor came out when they said they would. he bolted the piece down so the the wind wont make is worse but said we need to have it replaced. He told me that he would call the following morning on when he could schedule it. Will 7 days later i received a bill for the service call and an estimate of the work that needed to be done. Needless to say I am not going to have them do the work, they are unreliable.

""No Job Too Small"" is prominently displayed on this buiness' Yelp page. After 3 phone conversations & requests for an estimate, last Friday 4/20/2018, Garney arrived to look at dented mobile home siding. He said he may have a similar panel to replace the dented one. I gave him my email address so he could convey a ballpark amount more quickly to me. 5 days later, I had received no communication so I called the business. Garney still would not give even a replace or repair figure. I had told him a written quote was needed for a court date to retrieve the cost frim the person who damaged it. He recommended a different person who has ""many years in the business"" & may have a replacement panel. The mobile home is over 30 years old, so this repair doesn't require glamorous & stunning, it only required repair! No repair too small? I wonder.

I should have written this 5 years ago when I used this company. They wanted to make another opening on the base of my mobilehome that was a larger so they could get in easier (there was already an opening which other people have entered through). All I was doing was having the mobile leveled and they had to get underneath. But they wouldn't do it without the new opening. They cut out a door with a saw added 2 hinges and charged me $500.00 for it. I called to complain and received no satisfaction at all. I would not use this company again.

This company is not reliable. They refuse to respond to communications. We have a failed shower that is under a 10 year warrantee and if they were to respond that might have to honor and do the work. They won't. They did come out once and were completely rude. Don't use this company

So far so good! Called yesterday and they were here within 2 hours! The son took over for his father, Garney, and he and his sidekick checked out the leveling I require. Will call back next week with an estimate. He also fixed a piece of my siding. They are willing to work within my budget and not be snotty about it.

They also gave an on-spot estimate of the roof work I need done but i will stay with Sammy at Larey Mobile Home Roofing (805-489-0202) who is in my price range and has spot fixed some minor issues I've needed several times.

I had Garney (the father) do the leveling on this mobile home about 12 years ago and he did a great job.

I recently had dealings with this company. After I told the owner what I need done (roof resealed on my mobile home) and where I live (Orcutt,CA) he said he would call and set up an appointment to come and give me a free estimate. He did call a few days later and quite rudely told me, "" I don't have the time to give an estimate and I'm booked 2 months in advance. I guess he only wants the BIG TICKET jobs. This company deserves no stars. Do not waste your time with this company.
