I cannot say enough about San Leandro Painting & Roofing and all their employees. Super, dependable family-owned company. Does top notch work and great to work with. Very professional, and there to take care of your family's biggest investment. I Highly recommend this company. They have been a pleasure to work with. They are thorough, detailed, and customer oriented. They did such a great job and were quick and efficient. Also, our backyard is cleaner now than it was before they came! We would recommend to anyone looking to have their Pest Inspection/ Dry Rot repaired. All of this and they came in with the lowest bid. A win win situation if I ever seen one. Thanks a lot Harry and crew. The job required the repairs to be primered only. But I came home to the find the job painted and blended to match the rest of the paint and they even painted some of the trim that wasn't in the scope of work. Looking good!!!!

The owner Harry took the time to walk us through the entire process letting us know all the things that needed to be done and that will be required to do the job. He made sure to keep us up to date with how things were going and showing us the progress every single day to make sure we were happy. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. He made sure all areas were cleaned up to perfection every day before he left. He started on time, worked everyday until completion, finished on time and was very polite. He gave us the lowest quote out of the 4 other roofing companies we contacted. We received great value for our money and are very secure in the knowledge that it was done correctly. No one showed up to provide a quote for repair on my roof. At first I was told that there would just be a delay in someone arriving to provide the quote. But then there was a more pressing matter that would mean someone would be coming the following day. However no one showed up. No call. No text. At least have the courtesy to say you are too busy. Also, you should just simply post your office number if you cannot answer your cellphone.

We moved into our home the beginning of August 2017 it needed a new roof. I contacted 10 roofing companies for over a month, 5 of them responded with quotes from 12K to 14K for my small 839 square foot house with a roof that has no big peaks and did not require a tear off (the others did not respond). One of the companies I contacted was Harry Kintzer of San Leandro Painting & Roofing. Harry called me back the same day, he looked at my roof the next day and gave me a quote that was substantially lower then the others. He got the permit and started work the same week. The crew was very respectful and cleaned up as they worked. My roof was a mess now it is beautiful. If you need a roof please call him first, he is honest and he does great work.

Harry and his crew from San Leandro Painting and Roofing took our worn out home exterior and made it shine. The team put on our new roof and painted the trim. This was after I began talking to Harry about 3 months prior and seeking a home equity loan. He was patient and kept checking in with me as I worked through the financial piece.

Once work started, they were tireless, some nights working until 9 PM. Every day, EVERY DAY, they picked up the entire yard at the end of the day, front and back, used the blower to make it look nice, and asked with his typical Harry smile, ""Are you happy?"" The answer was always yes.

They were always very concerned about the safety of my wife and kids, halting work and clearing a walking path every time we left the house. The guys regularly used the hose to keep the shingles cool as they walked on them to make sure their shoes didn't scuff up/scar the roof in the summer heat.

Tonight, Harry knocked on the door and invited us out to see the finished product. We were in awe. We now have one of the prettiest homes in the neighborhood and it was only a fraction of the money we thought we'd have to shell out. The crew always had a solution that would keep costs low but yield the best results.

These guys are a one stop shop, bonded and insured, and skilled to the hilt. If you need something done, whether it's painting, roofing, or random tidbits of construction, they are eager to help.

If you are thinking about calling this crew but hesitating for some reason, just call. In Harry's words, ""Don't worry about it, we'll figure something out to make you happy."" Rest assured, he'll do just that. Best of luck! Check out some of the pics I posted. They did phenomenal work!

San leandro painting and roofing has performed their jobs perfectly ...my wife and I had ""Harry"" the owner perform work on our summer cottage..interior/exterior paint...also had them replace the roof...the painting was flawless..I am so pleased..our cottage looks as if it was built yesterday...I would definitely recommend ""Harry"" to friends and family...if I could give this company 10 stars I would....
