Recommended Customer Reviews

Highly recommend!! Very professional, knowledgeable, & communicative. Took the time to explain every step of this process and discussed in depth information regarding materials. They were punctual and cleaned up debris at end of day. We needed our entire roof replaced and the materials used were quality! Stayed within quote as contracted (no hidden fees). Field supervisor was professional and friendly! Would 10/10 recommend this company!

Received a very reasonable quote and the bc service San Gabriel Valley Roofing provided was timely and exactly what I needed.

My husband decided to use this company for our roof repair as they were the lowest of our quotes. Pleasantly surprised with the work! Rose was helpful and informative. Will definitely let my family know of my new go to for roof repair!!

Poor customer service. My home warranty suggested them for an emergency leak and the only way they wanted to communicate was via text. They didn't have availability and their dispatch waited about 4 hours to mention any of this at my insistence. I get that everyone is having issues and it's a busy day for you but manage my expectations upfront instead of stringing me along via text.

I contacted San Gabriel valley roofing- for service request and thanks to Rose. This company has been very friendly, professional and quick to my questions asked. Looking forward meeting the crew. Again thank you!

I had no clue my roof had a leak but when the hurricane came through and IT was pouring rain and woke me up out of a dead sleep I called my homeowners insurance and they recommended San Gabriel roofing and they sent someone out to check out and was given a estimate of 2700 dollars for repair WELL Here's A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ROSE SHE CRUNCHED SOME NUMBERS AND BROUGHT IT DOWN FOR ME ONLY HAVING TO PAY 500 AND THE OTHER THOUSAND WAS COVERED BY MY INSURANCE a appointment was scheduled for my roof too be fixed and I don't to be there ty guys

I submitted a claim via my home warranty, the inspector came by from the roofing company and completed his findings of the leak. I spoke with Rose with the roofing company who informed me they recommended the roof be replaced vs fixing the leaks. Rose said she would follow up in a few days with the invoice, when I received the invoice I was SHOCKED! The scope of work on the invoice didn't state they would pull a permit, if they had workers compensation to cover workers who may get injured on the job including but not limited to certified final inspection of the roof when the job is completed. That's just some of the issues with the invoice estimate sent to me for over $20K. Always ask questions, Always get multiple estimates, Always share your concerns with your home warranty companies. I'm still in shock!

A friend of mine went through San Gabriel Valley roofing through her home warranty company. An inspector went out to inspect her roof a few days later the team came out and repair all the necessary repairs office manager that she spoke to her name is Rose helped her every step of the way and made her feel comfortable with her roofing needs. She is very happy and grateful Rose was able to help them. She strongly refers this company as they were very professional.

My American home shield a insurance company contracted this company to do a inspection on my leaking roof. I met the inspector and he inspected my roof and told me he didn't see a obvious issue but suggested that the leak may be coming from the area of the vents from my furnace and they would need to remove some tiles and seal that area and replace the roof underlayment paper under tiles . He didn't sound confident in his findings and his supervisor called me days later to confirm what they wanted to do and quoted me $1900 . So I advise them I wanted a second opinion and will get back to them . So I talk to another roofing company and they came out and within 2 mins of them being up on my roof found a ridgeway tile broken in two pieces causing my leak . So this leads me to believe this business practices misleading and false repairs and when I spoke to Rose the supervisor and explain to her the situation she's said she was going to find out and get back to me . After two weeks of her dodging my calls and messages, I finally made a complaint with my insurance. And she called me and was rude and was adamant that the issue they recommended was the reason for leak . I told her I have pictures of my roof and broken tile and I can send her the proof . She refuse to listen to me . And gave me attitude basically I wasted weeks of my time dealing with this company .

We noticed a minor roof leak after some heavy rains in Cathedral City CA. Since we had some recent solar panels installed by Renova we ask their roofing dept. to come out and inspect. They stated we just needed some recaulking etc. around the chimney area. Our American Home Shield policy will pay $1500.00 for the repairs. San Gabriel Valley Roofing wanted an additional $1215.00 to do the job. The total cost would have been $2715.00. I personally call this price gouging . AVOID THIS COMPANY TOO EXPENSIVE.
