Great workmanship, professionalism, and value! Pleasure to do business with! I had a small job that was approximately 300 sg. ft area flat roof that is addition to my family room that was old and needed replaced. I called three companies.
First rep of the first came out looked at the whole job that included patching around my chimney and skylight. and said $1800. I asked does that include skylight and chimney and said he no that is an extra $100.00, if though he originally quoted me including those two items. Then he sent me a quote that was $2000.00! I could he were this was going.

Second company was way higher in price did seem to care if they got the business or not.

I called San Diego Roofing and their very courteous rep Jason LaRue came out in a timely matter and gave me a thorough estimate. He pointed out a huge 16 foot beam that was cracked and that I might want to replaced now if they were to do the work.. The extra cost was very minimal and I could tell Jason's and San Diego Roofing's reputation was very important to him. Jason was always available if I called him during the job. The roofing crew were excellent and did a fantastic job and were willing to explain every detailed question that I had for them. I went with a extra layer of roll roofing and it was worth cost. San Diego Roofing wasn't the absolute least expensive but close enough and quality of the whole experience made a best value for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had San Diego Roofing replace a large flat roof a few years ago and they did an outstanding job. We've also had them do minor repairs on a few other houses with shingle and also tile roofs and couldn't be more satisfied with the job they did on each. They are always on time, maintain a clean work environment, the price is reasonable, and most important: NO LEAKS! I definitely recommend giving them a call.

Let's face it - replacing the roof on your home is something you would rather save for the next person who buys your home. Other than keeping the elements at bay, roofs don't give homeowners a lot of satisfaction for the money spent. We found ourselves in a position of having to replace our 30 year old roof and starting calling around for estimates - many of which never bothered to return calls let alone come out for an estimate. When we did call San Diego Roofing, we were immediately impressed by the prompt call back. The next day, Marcelo was at our home for the estimate and we were not only impressed by his knowledge of roofing and overall professionalism, but his price was also the best by far. The project was completed on time and within budget. The workers were courteous, neat and always showed up when they said they would (how often does that happen?). highly recommended on Yelp! that's where high praise ended! Phoned for estimate...scheduled appt. for following week! Never showed-phoned or text why no show! Phoned am after appt. sorry estimated was in fender bender...will phone cell later to reschedule
of course no call...can't show up for estimate...don't want you on my roof

Marcelo offers quality product with a warranty. He got the crew out quickly, and the work was done within a few days. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. They even came out within a day when I was concerned about a possible issue. I am pleasantly surprised at how fast and easy this entire process was.
