A Special THANKS to Emilio! Unfortunately the San Diego Roof Doctor was out of our area, but they still gave us input and advice. Emilio (owner) still managed to take the time and consulted with us on the replacement of our Roof. Even though we were out of their servicing area, Emilio educated us on the process, type of Roof that best for our needs, and more importantly had us focus on the integrity of the Install. There's not many Contractors these days that would take the time and extend this service, this is why YOU are a true Professional. We engaged Emilio and the San Diego Roof Doctor after interviewing 5 local roofers (we only use local businesses) and WOW! These are the most meticulous, efficient and knowledgeable roofers we have ever used (we have five properties). Emilio was extremely patient with our questions, and he did a much more thorough inspection of the roof than any of the others. He showed us pictures of the problem areas and gave us a complete quote with every detail attended to. He did a SolarTube as well as a full re-roof and we are delighted with the work as well as the utter efficiency and thoughtfulness of the crew. Rigo and his team went to work right on time and were unbelievably considerate of plants and the area around the house. At the end of each day they cleaned up completely (no nails anywhere on the ground) and they all really made sure that the workmanship was to a high standard. Checking everything as they wend. All raw wood replacement surfaces were painted on all 6 sides (termites don't like painted wood) and additionally we tented the house for termites mid project. The whole thing from tear off to finished roof took 4 days with an additional three for the tenting! This is a professional company with high standards. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Emilio (owner ) and his team replaced my patio roof. After the job was done Emilio came out because of a faulty paint over of the gutters surrounding the replacement roof. Told me he would send a worker out to touch up. He never showed up. I have called over 10 times. No response. Horrible PR. Extremely poor business practice to tell a customer that they will complete the job and never follow through. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Think twice before calling this company.

Two months before the end of the year 2015, I decided to put solar panels on my roof and knew I'd want a new roof at the same time. My old roof (a flat one) was already 20 years old and I'd kept it going through remedial care. I chose SD Roof Doctor based on the recommendation of my solar company, Green Energy EPC. Of course, that was when everybody was expecting El Nino and all the roofing companies were really backed up. Nonetheless, I got an appointment with Emilio, who assessed the situation and provided what he called the 12-year option and the 20-year option. I chose the 20 with reflective coating. And the prices were in align with what I was expecting. Well, he promised he'd get it done before the end of the year -- and he did. A few days before New Year's, his demolition crew was out to remove the old one, and that afternoon the build-it crew was putting on the new one. Everybody in his company seemed to be cheerful and happy to be doing what they were doing. The job got done in 2 days, it looks like a better roof than what it replaced -- and it doesn't leak. I only have this one roof, but if I had roofs done all the time, I'd certainly call SD Roof Doctor again.

These guys know their stuff. I have known Jess and his team for a while now and it's impressive how knowledgable they are about roofing. But what's even more impressive is how passionate they are about it. I have never seen someone light up and smile when they talk about their construction job like that. They do amazing work. I would highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good about these guys! I met Emilio from San Diego Roof Doctor through the company I work for, Solare Energy. We use them often for roof work associated with our solar panel installations. Our customers love them as well!

With the impending doom of El Nino on the way, I contracted San Diego Roof Doctor to fix a substantial seam leak between the sun room and main house on a home we recently purchased. The first big rain storm of the season (before repairs) came through sent water sheeting down the main house wall into the sun room. We quickly gathered bids from several roofing contractors, one of whom was a neighbor, as well as SD Roof Doctor. Price was competitive with the other solutions offered, but Roof Doctor's ability to get the job done quickly won them the work. After signing the contract, they were out in less than two weeks (most companies were pushing us back several months bc of the El Nino demand and the small scope of work). Roof Doctor sealed the leaking seam between the sunroom and house, and double-coated the sunroom roof with Hydrostop, providing a 5-yr warranty for the work. The project was completed in 2 days, the crew was clean and professional, and the sunroom is now watertight.

So when we bought our home in July 2015, we knew there were previous issues with the roof that were fixed. After the inspection it was recommended we get a roofer out to look at the roof. The listing agent sent Emilio out and supposedly he fixed some existing issues. A two yr warranty was purchased guaranteeing the work Emilio done. In January 2016 when good ole El Niño struck, I found a possible water leak in my kid's room. I call San Diego Roof Doctor and speak to Emilio who was responsive at the time. I made an appointment for someone to come out on 1/15/16 at 10am. So I take time off to be home at the scheduled time. 1015am...no one. 1030am....still no one. I call the office and speak to the receptionist Isabel or Isabella who was absolutely useless. She kept calling me by the wrong name which was annoying, let alone she didn't know anything about my appointment. She claimed to have called Emilio and leave a message. So I wait the whole day and still receive no phone call no nothing. I called back on the following Monday AND Tuesday. I even called Emilio's cell and left a message. Still no response!!! This company has no respect for anyone's time, money or roof concerns. They are avoiding me for some reason. Probably because Emilio did a crap job on the supposed repairs he did to our roof. I DO NOT recommend the San Diego Roof Doctors as they are not reliable or trustworthy!!!! Maybe after Emilio or Isabel/Isabella read this will I get a call back...ha!!!!! I hope they do because it will be an entertaining conversation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
