We had Samson Roofing replace a flat lanai roof in October 2021 and the two gutters for that roof. The gutters were not installed properly as there are leaks still between the gutters and fascia and one was not attached to any gutter where it could drain. They came out twice to fix the ""leakage"" and there are still is an area that leaks. When they installed the gutters the one section was not attached to the other gutter with the drain pipe. When I questioned that I was told the water would flow into the gutter adjacent and below it, however, the water just overflows from the gutter as it was not installed at the proper angle for the water to flow downward and no place for the water to go. I called numerous times was told someone would come out. Finally had to pay another company to fix that problem and connect the two gutters and they pointed out several install errors. I have spoken with Rocky, the owner, twice but still no one showed up and the leaking persists between the fascia and gutter. I hope they did a better job on the roof, but their gutter people did many things incorrectly on the install. I have spoken to the woman who answers the telephone as well and left messages. No one has returned my latest call and no one has offered reimburse us for the other company to come out. We are extremely unhappy with their install of the gutters and their response in correcting the problems! In addition, they did not clean up after themselves well. There were numerous large nails and huge tacks left in the driveway and yard which went through my shoe and into my foot three different times! They did come out with a magnet and try to pick them up but got stuck again the other day. I would have given them one star but am hoping the roof was installed properly. My last call was two weeks ago and finally decided to post the review due to their lack of responsiveness and professionalism.
