My roof was passed due for getting reroofed. Due to Covid issues I had to post pone getting a new roof. We had some major rains tail end of December 2021. My roof leaked in my kitchen and bedroom. While waiting for Insurance coverage approval Sam's Roofing came out Monday after New Year's Eve weekend with barely a notice. Surveyed the issue and offered temporary coverings until my insurance finalize the claim. Luckily being in California after that storm we didn't have any hard rains that penetrated the damaged areas of my roof. My Homeowners insurance Company ( Bamboo Insurance) ended up denying the claim. Sam's Roofing came out and gave me an estimate competitive with three other estimates I had back in June 2021 for a new roof and approximate four day work time. Sam and his family and crew had it done in three days. The roof is beautiful. Sam and his employees are absolutely thorough, great clean up job and nice guys. I couldn't have asked for a better Roofing experience. If you need a new roof it's worth your time to have Sam and his crew come out and give you an estimate. I think you will feel the sincerity and warmth of their family owned business not to mention Laurie Sams wife who handles the office work is exceptional with detail. I thank the whole crew for everything and will name drop Sam's Roofing anytime a roofing conversation pops up.

When it came time to replace our roof, there wasn't anyone that I trusted but Sam and his crew. They did it the first time eons ago, so why fiddle with perfection when you trust someone who advises, suggests and does an incredible job! Such a great company! Very professional and courteous. These people are so understanding. Their prices can't be beat! They quoted me back in November. When I decided to finally have the work done, the only price adjustment was in the price of the materials since those were the only prices that changed because of Covid. Their price also included the city permit, which the other places that quoted me didn't include.

I would highly recommend Sam's roofing. I called them a few days before the rain was supposed to start and they put me on their schedule the next day and fixed my leak areas. They even noticed a few holes from the solar panel installation that needed to be filled.

I am a licensed contractor. We looked for a roofer for weeks. Called, talked to and left messages for about 10 outfits. Experienced no shows on appointments, disappearing acts after visits to measure the roof, outrageously large deposits (illegal), stupidly high quotes, and no license or workers comp operators which means you will be sued if someone falls off your roof.
Thankfully found Sam's Roofing. Family operation, honest, fair prices, totally legal operation, fast service, friendly and great work from an experienced crew. Call them.

Were they really that good? YES they were! We had complete tear down (2 and 3 layers) , repair and replace damaged roofing, new vents ect. From the begining free estimate, Sam + his wife sent brochures + helped us understand + choose the roofing we would need and even tho we had to wait 6 weeks to start, it was done as promised in 3 days. Sam +his crew were so nice w/ clean-up + everything. Price was fair and service excellent!!

Sam and his crew recently put a new roof on our home in Lakewood. It was a great experience working with them, and his wife, Laurie who coordinated the project. They explained their approach, provided a detailed and fair estimate, and moved quickly to complete the project despite weeks of rain delays.

The roof itself was done quickly over two days and looks great.

Sam is knowledgeable, honest, and insightful. He focuses on roofs and has been doing them in this community for years.

They did a full rip-off-and-replace. The job came with some challenges: a heavily patched roof installed over a decades-old roof, a poorly capped chimney, and an irregular roof line. Sam's team beautifully managed the entire job in TWO days, start to finish. We got a great deal, which included Owens Cool Roof series shingles and handling of the city inspections and permit.

Sam was clear and prompt. Laurie was always available for questions. The explanations were detailed. This is a quality company that respects their customers and cares about doing a solid job. We had seen the great job he did on our neighbors' home and went with him among several bids.

I couldn't ask for better communicators or a more trustworthy and detail-oriented roofer.
