We had a leak in our roof and put a 20x20 pond liner on it to keep it from leaking. We contacted Sam and set up an appointment. Sam and a worker were both told that the liner needed to be placed in the garage as it was not the homeowners. When the owner of the pond liner showed up to pick it up 2 workers threw it off of the roof and then threw the cinder blocks down as well. unfortunately, when they threw it down, it was in two pieces instead of one. When Sam was asked about this when the roof was finished and paid for Sam refused to take responsibility for what his workers have done. The roof itself looks okay, but to have an owner of a business blame the issue on someone else and not take responsibility is very frustrating. Just know what you are getting into doing business with someone like this. When I called and asked him about it he admitted that his guys cut the liner and then said the job went south and there was nothing he was going to do to make it better.

Sam responded to my first call, put me on his calendar and was able to get to me earlier than expected. He had his workers here on time every day and they worked hard meeting his estimate of the time it would take. I can't say enough about the quality of the work and the attention to detail. I especially appreciated the clean up they did after each work day. I am thrilled with the difference a beautiful new roof has made to my home and am pleased to be able to recommend Sam and his crew.

Sam Esquibel Roofing was one of the few roofers to return our call right away. We live in a very desirable neighborhood with CC&R's but all the fires have created an atmosphere where contractors have an over abundance of work and the quotes we got were reasonable to double everyone else's price! Sam Esquibel did a fantastic job on our roof. His workers had lots of experience and an awesome work ethic! They showed up on time, worked their butts off in the Redding heat and were very conscientious about keeping a clean job site. They finished on time and on budget, including a few repairs we didn't foresee. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I found Sam Esquibel Roofing on line, he was able to to do it for me asap at a decent price and turned out to be honest and easy to deal with plus doing a good job! I was concerned because I could find no reviews ---so thought he deserved one!!!
