This has been the best experience by far- I called when I had an emergency with the rain and there was a huge leak. I spoke with Lisa and she helped get someone out right away. The repair was made and they even took care of the gutters. 10/10 I didn't not have to worry about a thing- I have been using this company for 7 years now.

Last winter I had leak in my tile roof. Called Salinas Valley Roofing. They sent someone within hours. They found broken tiles and the underlayment was bad. Due to covid we were not able to replace the underlayment at that time. So he replaced the broken tiles for now to stop the leak. Last week we called Salinas Valley Roofing to come back and remove the tile and install the new underlayment and put back the existing tiles. Thanks for all your help. Great job.

This is possibly the worse business I have ever dealt with. There is a very rude woman that answers the phone and never sends anyone out. She has even hung up on me. I do not know how they stay in business.

Horrible!

I called the 17th for a roof inspection.

Called me back that night. I needed roof inspection for home insurance. The lady said she wanted to check with city (for receipts or something) to help me out with avoiding a roof inspection and that she get back to me the next day at 10am-11am.

Never heard back so I called 18th and went to voicemail. No call back.

Called 19th, 20th and no call back.

It is now the 22nd. No call back nothing!

Horrible service!!

Don't trust a word out of the ladies mouth.

Watch me get call back after this review! Typically how it works! Off to someone else!

OMG! What a wonderful company. Helping out in these hard times. My disabled friend called for a quick fix to the roof. SV Roofing came out within a few hours and fixed it. AMAZING service. You do not see this type of superior service nowadays. THANKS SV Roofing.

Called for bid and they were fast to respond. Pricing was very reasonable and they were there within the week to start job. Very clean and efficient. Job done within days. Small support issue with gutters but immediately resolved when notified. Would recommend Salinas Valley Roofing for your roofing needs.

DO NOT USE THIS Mickey mouse company. First off they dropped a 2x4 off the roof and almost hit my toddler (from 2 story building) I called the company and no one knew the owner or how to direct me to the person in charge.Then the very following next day they drop a roll of roofing paper that was about 50 LBS. demolished my canopy and when I comforted the workers they looked at me as if they were in a daze, and didn't understand a word of english so, best bet is if you are looking for a roofing company drive to your nearest ""THE HOME DEPOT"" and get a few guys, they would probably do a better job in less time and fewer complains.

We had a roof put on our home in December because of a leak that we had. We had 2 holes put in our walls from them removing the roofing that we had prior. Make sure you check all walls after they finish removal. They did fix one but we found the second one last month behind our sons dresser when we were cleaning. There was also beer caps on the roof when they had finished. So they have employees who drink on the job apparently. We have a few shingles that are ripped and for the past 6 months we have been told that they will send someone to replace them. We also continued to have the leak when we had the big storms in December. I noticed one day our permit papers were no longer by the front door so last month I called the city to double check that the permit was submitted only to find out that the final inspection was never turned in and it had also expired. Luckily I was able to speak with Lisa and she sent someone out to get that taken care of within a few days, so it is now up to date it; only took 6 months to get the permit and wouldn't have been done had I not checked. Our skylight still needs to be replaced because we found out that is where the leak was coming from. I spoke with Lisa again and she said she would send someone out to measure and get us a price; this was 7 months ago she also let me know that if we decide to go with someone else to replace the skylight it will void our warranty. I have called 1-3 times a week trying to get someone to come out to finish the job.
