I was out of town and needed a quick repair in the rain, to protect my tenants, property, and reputation as a landlord. I wanted someone to just place a tarp that same night, a quick and effective stopgap. Salguera's did that, and when one corner loosened a bit some time later, they came by promptly to tighten it down. The work was good, the service prompt, the people dependable, and the price fair. We've had disappointing service from other local roofers that cost more, including two expensive repairs that soon leaked again. The tarp that Salguera's placed for us has held for 18 months, and today I'm calling them for an estimate to replace the roof.

They arranged to come over at 8 to give me a bid. I called at 9 and the person I spoke with had no idea who I was. They not only do not keep their appointments, they apparently don't even keep records of them.
