I requested a quote for a shingle roof on Aug 06,2024 for a 28 squares house and Felipe sent me an estimate of $21K plus. Few estimates were around $10K but this apple roofing company is a joke.

Very prompt, professional and caring. Starting with the first few days after Hurricane Ian ,I have had to call the office multiple times for hurricane related issues. They rapidly covered the holes in our roof until they could repair. My insurance company required photos and all kinds of documentation. Heather and the rest of the people there have been more than accommodating. Thank you!

This is a Whole Roof & Gutter Review. Competitive bid, excellent craftsmen, fixed everything needing a little tweak, supervisor spoke English, responsive. Roof Job took too long but it was due to (1) ordering the wrong color drip edges, (2) acquisition by parent (Apple Roofing) was executed after 1/1/24 but permits were issued prior so they had to get re-licensed and re-permitted with the County, which created a delay they should have planned better for. The gutter job was quick and easy. Took one day and a half. Overall....Very pleased with the finished project - Roof & Gutters. Would recommend both services without reservation.

They are incredibly prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They installed the roof for the prior owner of the house but have readily responded to me -- so their service extends beyond. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance, particularly during Hurricane Ian related questions. ps The roof had zero damage from the hurricane. Excellent all the way around.

They have no respect for adjacent properties, they have 5 trucks plus equipment blocking the roadway and driving on neighbors property. Turned one of they're vehicles around on my well manicured lawn leaving ruts. If that's how they treat neighbors, imagine the thoughtfulness doing your roof, never mind quality. I called and explained what had happen. They were speechless. The driver could have gone around the block but he must be lazy. It's okay, just imagine cutting corners on your roof.

We hired Saint Raphael Roofing to replace a roof, roofing tiles, and gutters severely damaged by Hurricane Ian in September 2023. Contract negotiations between us and Saint Raphael's Fernando Lugones were very pleasant and the project began with the removal of all tiles and gutters, and the removal and replacement of underlayment from our roof. The procedures were conducted professionally and quickly by the Saint Raphael team.
Upon arrival of the tiles, the Saint Raphael tile team installed all tiles in a very neat and professional manner. Subsequent to that, the Saint Raphael team installed new gutters quickly and very neatly.
We are very impressed in the way Saint Raphael organized the work required, how well it was done, and we have never seen a work site kept in such neat condition throughout the job.
I highly recommend this company to anyone requiring the services they can provide.

Tim Adam's is very professional. I have used St Raphael roofing for many years now . I have a lot of confidence in using them . They stand behind their work . I just recommended them to a friend and she is using them . One needs to be very trusting in selecting a roofer . Not something the home owner can get on the roof to check the work . I would highly recommend St. Raphael Roofing!! We had roof damage due to hurricane Irma. We had 2 roofers come to our home to evaluate. Rodrigo, with St. Raphael Roofing, was one of them. Rodrigo was very professional, fact based and educated us of our roof issues so we were more knowledgeable when speaking to our insurance company and getting roofing quote's. St Raphael also had very competitive pricing. Our roof just completed and could not be more pleased with St. Raphael Roofing process. The crew had to remove our existing tiles, we never found a nail in the yard and each day left the property clean. The roof is now complete and looks great. Process was very thorough, always left the property clean and I knew when they were coming in every step of the process. Great Job and would highly recommend St. Raphael Roofing.

They reroofed our home in 2018 with a few blips along the way (leaking when it shouldn't happen). Recently we had some work done on our courtyard roof and the workers discovered straps and other material in the gutters. This was just two small gutters, I wonder if they would like to come back and clean out the rest of the debris from the other ones.

Not quality work in my mind.
