This is the second time I used this company. They did a great job. I noticed a few spots on the roof after they left, but figured the chemical would take a little while to kill the mold. Checked it the next day and it was still there. I took a couple of pictures and made a call. They came back and took care of the problem.

They did a great job and the chemical they use lasted me over three (3) years. Love this ""soft wash "" as it is better for my roof. The less people walking on my roof the longer it will last.

If you value your landscaping you will not hire this company to clean your roof! My HOA in Egret Pond hired this company, promising their cleaning solution will not harm any landscaping. They also promised to protect sensitive plants......NEVER HAPPENED! After my roof was cleaned, withing 24 hours at least 30%-40% of my landscaping was killed! As the days went on, more plants died and owner Korey denied it was his solution that killed my landscaping. Following this issue, Two weeks later heavy rains came, and the amount of chemical runoff that came down my gutter drains was Unbelievable!
If you value your landscaping DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN YOUR ROOF!!
I have plenty of pictures to prove my claim!

They Cleaned my roof back in 2017 and it has lasted over 3 years. The Best part is they DO NOT use HIGH PRESSURE to clean roof that damages the roof. I was very satisfied with their service.
