At 18, I started roofing with a large firm in Kennesaw that has since gone bankrupt. I handled jobsite tasks and quickly learned all facets of roofing, which led to my promotion in project management and sales. During that period, I sold projects ranging from a few hundred dollars to $500,000. I observed aspects of the business that the average salesperson did not see. I dedicated four years to seeing a company evolve from nothing to a multi-million dollar operation and then back to nothing. I was taught the pitfalls of business growth as ego, debt, and greed compromised the integrity of my leaders and their service. In late 2010, I launched my own company to fill a gap in the industry for a fresh approach to roofing and contracting. My business is rooted in integrity, exceptional craftsmanship, and the grace of Christ to uphold it. I am deeply passionate about my work, and I aim to build a company that stands for more than the average car salesman or insurance broker. Jesus saved me when I was 22.
