Thank you Brandy for the slightly delayed (we'll call it 8 years) response. The fascia most certainly IS part of the roof. It may not be a part of the roof YOUR COMPANY does not consider part of the roof, but that is not disclosed prior to work. Strange that they DID replace the fascia in some areas but not others as I stated. And thank you, I am familiar with how to use caulk thank you very much. I just did not expect to need to do so with a new roof.
And, if your employees are aware of your strict policy of using public restrooms, you have an employee who completely disregards your policies. He DEFECATED IN MY YARD.
I did not see a single word of apology or responsibility for the poor work, or the fact your employee DEFECATED IN MY YARD. Thank you for being there for me, but suffice it to say I will not be needing your company for ANY roofing needs ever again, apart from any possible warranty needs.

There have been a few hiccups and miscommunications, but when I pressed for an emergency replacement, they complied and were out the next day to ""dry in"" the roof. Roof tiles are still a month or so out, but am selling house and wanted to show prospective buyers that the roof will be done.
The workers here yesterday were efficient and cleaned up the area very well.

If this was the only roofing company in town you're better off going to Home Depot and DIY. Literally have nothing good to say about this experience. Horrible communication. Excuses at every turn. Only 2 months in delays....for a shingle roof with no HOA. Only reason I'm giving them a one star is because I can't give them no stars.

This experience is the worst that I have had with any contractor. This had been a long and stressful job which is still not completed. I have had shingles/tar and equipment sitting on my roof for almost two months not to mention a ladder that sits outside my living room window as well. I keep calling and no one seems to know what is going on or tells me that it is not their department. I keep getting told that they will finish by this day and then no one shows up or calls or anything. This is infuriating, by far the worst experience by any company. Please find another company even if it costs a little more, it is not worth the trouble. I can't even re-up my insurance policy because the roof is not complete.

I cannot even get past the two salesman's that I had to deal with. They were doing nothing but hard selling me. You're buying from a call-center it seems like. they actually feel like you're dealing with a car salesman.
They're just all trying to make the most on the deal.
My estimate changed every time I called increasing every time.
I even spoke to the general manager and he said he would have another salesman call me well a month and a half pass by no new salesman and the new salesman upped the prices by $2000.
This company is a mess and had I read all of the reviews before I probably would've never made that second call.
They think that all of their sales tactics about shortages and them gaslighting you is going to work and is really going to scare you into signing a contract and locking in the "" deal .""
I would gladly pay more money to a company that is better in customer service because if it starts out like that, I can't imagine what the whole process would be to completion. It would be a complete.S+%t Show.

My interaction with this company from start to finish has been exceptional. The price was fair and the service is outstanding. It's a shame when you don't expect to get this great a service but from the sales and service it has been great. Thanks again John for all the great employees that made this such a great experience. The roof looks absolutely great!

I contracted this company out of Pompano Beach back in 03/27/2022, initially everything look promising good relationships with I think he's the VP of sales name Jay, he produced the contract that was reasonably; the way is structured is, payment 1 is 10% at signature 2 at removal of old roof 50% 3rd 30% when shingles are delivered and final at final approval from the city.
My problems started right after the removal of old roof & application of the initial cover sheets, the city was set for first inspection a failed because they didn't complete what is call wall flashing, they don't replace it, they had to replace it, with the detriment to my self that they filled my pavers with tar, I also noticed that they didn't replace what is call edge drip, I comunícate this to them also I wanted to be brown, their answer was no no we replaced with a white because of supply change issues, basically they were gaslighting me because my original edge drip was more like yellowish, also suggested that I contracted a local HM and paint it. Second breach of contract.
And finally they send an email saying that my shingles were ordered in April 2022 and that takes with backorders about 4 months, again gaslighting me because that made think that if they order in April + 4 months they would be in August this was already the end of July; so no big deal they also requested the 3rd payment I really didn't give much thought because was going to be a short wait, nop after I proceeded to pay that 30% and the same day check was cleared got the final deceiving news your shingles estimate delivered day October 1 2022, meaning they never order the shingles in April.
So for all of this reason I will definitely will not recommend this company.
