It saddens me greatly that my dealings with this company have resulted in a negative complaint as the owner Charles Worthley is a very pleasant individual, but totally incompetent in the management of his business, and I would recommend that anyone proceed with caution prior to considering doing business with him. Several years ago I hired Safe Touch to pressure wash my house and surrounding areas, and they performed well to the extent that I recalled them on September 4th to perform the same tasks as before, which they came and did well. Problems developed when I inquired as to whether or not they could paint/seal my pool deck area and Charles said he could and had done so many times. Charles and helper arrived the next morning the 5th of September and proceeded to paint an area, which later proved to require 4/5 gallons of paint, with only one gallon and spread the product so thin that many areas were either not covered or missed entirely. Upon completion, as the initial appearance looked satisfactory, I proceeded to pay Charles $500 which amounted for a couple of hours work and 1 gallon of paint. Next day it was evident that the application was a disaster and I called Charles and he agreed to return, which he did after many unanswered texts and calls, again with only one gallon of new paint which only added to overall mess. Later he informed me that Home Depot had only that one can available and that he had ordered more paint. Three weeks passed with no replies of any kind to the many texts and phone call made to Charles. Finally I offered that I would finish the painting, even though I'm 80 years old, if he would purchase the paint. He said that I were to purchase the paint that he would reimburse me. I, in fact, did so for the cost of $93 dollars for 2 gallons of paint, with sand, and one roller. I proceeded to roll out 2/3rds of deck, that in reality requires still an additional gallon to properly finish. On 1 October I forwarded my Home Depot invoice to him, and although he indicated that he would stop by with a check on the 2nd, I have heard no further word from him. In retrospect this task should have entailed four hours of labor, and five gallons of paint and materials. All I ask is that I am reimbursed for my Home Deport receipt, the rest I will chalk up to bad judgement...

""Pathetically Horrible"" and that is putting it mildly. From arriving and saying they wanted to be paid in cash to ruining our lawn and shrubbery, these folks incompetence can only be exceeded by their arrogance. When I told them that I had an extension tube to move the run-off from the gutter down spout to the driveway they told me ""we put enough water down to prevent the grass from being affected."" LIARS! Our property has a series of surveillance cameras and when I reviewed the footage I realized they had put the bleach on the roof which came out the downspout and much later they simply ""sprayed"" the shrubs and the lawn for a few minutes. And the roof, they never quite finished - there are still areas (which you can see in the attached photos) with yellow green and black mold. The attached photos do not lie. I have the video that demonstrates the complete incompetence of these folks. YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED - USE THESE FOLKS AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!!

I contacted Charles Worthley to pressure wash my pool deck and furniture. He suggested he pressure wash my pool screen enclosure also. I was hesitant and asked if it were safe to do so. He assured me he had done it many times and promised me it would be fine. Two days after he did the job it rained and 3 panels of my screen blew done. Two days later it rained and 4 more panels blew down. My husband called him and Charles ranted and yelled at my husband and wouldn't let my husband get a word in, Charles hung up on him! I am writing this review to warn consumers, DO NOT USE SAFE TOUCH PRESSURE WASHING!!!!! They have zero customer service and have an F rating with the BBB.(Learned that too late unfortunately.)

Charles and his band of morons swam in my pool unauthorized, broke our Alexa, left a mess in the backyard and front yard. Shady, unscrupulous and incompetent, hiring him was a HUGE mistake. Followed up and got no response to recourse.

In my opinion Charles Worthley is a con man and Safe Touch Pressure Washing should be avoided at all costs. The first red flag was when Charles insisted on 1/2 payment upfront so he could secure the sealant to perform the job, which I reluctantly provided. They left after pressure washing and applying the sealer and I sent Charles the balance of the invoice (which he will not provide). The next day I noticed several large spots that still appeared to have wet sealer at which time he assured me it would dry. 5 days later I notified Charles that I still had white wet spots all over my driveway and front walk and he agreed to come out a take a look. Days then weeks passed with me calling Charles daily only to be told excuse after excuse on why he was unable to make it out. After 3 weeks of getting nothing but lies and empty promises, I started contacting other Pressure Washing companies in the area to fix. Turns out Charles did not apply the sealer correctly (big shock) and I'm stuck paying even more to have his shoddy work fixed. Safe Touch is NOT a reputable company, trucks are not branded and look like they're going to break down, and they will not stand by their work.

6/15/19 I hired this company to pressure wash the exteriors, driveways and sidewalks of two homes. He completed my home but failed to clean the sidewalks of my parents home. I called him and asked him to come back and complete he was paid for which he agreed to do. I have left messages and has been a week with no return visit or response. If you choose to hire this company make sure you check their work before you pay them otherwise you will not see them again.

I would not recommend Charles. Although he was very thorough for the quote, the actual service was well below standard. He broke two screens and a ceramic urn. He never requested to reimburse me for the urn or the screens. After the first day, he ask for a partial payment in order to make payroll. I should have known at that point he wasn't a reputable individual. He was to give me a receipt as he said that I would have a four year warranty on my driveway sealer. I never received the receipt even with many requests. This is not someone that you should do business with. There are many other reputable individuals in the area. Stay away.

Impressive results, competitive pricing, and quick response time makes this place hard to beat! I've used them twice now - once for my whole house and again for an annual touch up of my driveway, walkways, and sidewalks. The visual improvement of the treated areas are undeniable! They are very busy but still manage to schedule you in a reasonable time. Charles provides outstanding customer service, takes time to explain the process, and treats you like more than just a customer. I highly recommend this place and will keep using them for all my annual power washing needs! :)

Charles was driving by my home and remembered that he had pressure washed my home last year and was following up to see if I was interested in having it done again. I most certainly was! His team did a thorough job last year and I felt very comfortable with leaving it in his hands to do again this year. Each year I think I need to start budgeting for a complete external painting job, but then Charles and his crew do their thing and the house, pool deck, screen enclosure and all walks and drives look fantastic afterwards.
