I found out 11 years later that the materials for my roof were improperly installed. Prior to that, I had others do repairs as well as Sadler. He charged me and the problems reappeared later. When you have a roof installed with 40 year architectural shingles, you don't expect this to happen.

Drew Morgan, the son-in-law of the owner came to inspect my roof leak. Told me the problem and said he'd send an estimate that day. Never did. Next day was a storm, so knowing Sadler was likely very busy, I waited 10 days before calling about the estimate. Waited another 2 days, no return call. I guess my small repair wouldn't generate enough revenue. Bad business practice.

They billed me over $1000 to fix a roof leak, but it didn't work. The next heavy rain, it was worse.
The leak was near our chimney. When their initial repair didn't work, Sadler said the chimney must be responsible for the leak. So i called a chimney repair company.
They said the issue was due to flashing at the base of the chimney, which is actually on the roof. They fixed it for much less than Sadler charged me.
So, basically, Sadler charged me for work that was unnecessary. The fact that it turned out to be a roof problem that they didn't find is concerning. It was in the same place. I can't imagine how they didn't see this was the problem in the first place.

So I called late Friday afternoon, their website said they closed at 5:00PM. I figured I'd just leave a voice message, but no 15 minutes after they close I get a very friendly young professional man who answers all my questions and sets up an appointment to come look at the roof!

Reputable, reliable, and professional. I have used them now for two homes over the years and always been extremely pleased with their work. Coincidentally, when I had hail damage to the roof on my second home a couple of years ago, they came highly recommended to me by my insurance adjuster. I've had a couple of leaks due to an addition on my house, and they came out very promptly to fix the leak, at no charge. Couldn't be happier with the company!

Called and left a message for them to call me back on a Friday afternoon as I need a new roof. It is now Tuesday afternoon and no one has called back. I guess they don't need the business.
