Every year this company comes out fix the same roof leak in the same place. Never able to fix the leak and does not stand behind repair attempts. Office staff is rude and condescending. Twice this week they have said they would be out to attempt another repair and both times we were stood up without even the courtesy of a phone call. This company lacks the necessary skills to do their job and has no integrity whatsoever.

I had this company drive to the site to give an inspection and cost analysis. On the same day of the inspection, Rick indicated that a section of Spanish tiles had been broken and that was the cause of the leak in one corner of the roof. On that day, via a phone discussion, Rick indicated that a ballpark figure to replace the tar paper and tiles would cost around $2,000. One week later, I had still not gotten the work proposal to authorize the work. Upon calling Sadler to ask what gives, Rick then said he never gives ballpark phone quotes and that the same job would now cost $12,000-$15,000 to repair. Needless to say I find the unprofessionalism here abhorrent and will never engage the services of this two-face company again!

I used Sadler a few times because they were quite a bit less expensive then other roofing contractors on the couple jobs I had them bid. They aren't the worst roofing contractor I've used, but they are close. The last roof they did was a flat roof. With in 6 months of installation the torch-down roof Sadler installed leaked.around the entire perimeter. I contacted Ron Sadler to have them take a look at it. They agreed to come out and take a look at the roof, and said they would take care of it in the next 3 days. After 4 weeks they never showed or called. 4 weeks!!! I called again several times and got a bit of a run around dance. After several attempts, nothing. I ended up calling another roofer to repair Sadlers work. Sadler is a sad roofer and made me sad I used them. Bud the original owner was a talented roofer and entirely dependable. But the Sadler kids are about 95% worthless. Sorry Sadler, you guys stink. Sorry Bud, I know you taught and raised them better.
