This is a story about a roof needing to be replaced because of squirrels getting into the attic chewing on the wood, so your roof becomes their home, you need Yrving with Sacramento roofing. After interviewing 3 others
Yrving impressed me with his knowledge, honesty, ethics, respect and more than $1,000.00 lower price than others for the same roof. We had a metal roof, and when they began to remove it, there were the old wooden shingles that never got remove, they just put the metal roof on top of old shingles, mold and rot. Now there was a third layer to remove, which meant more work, extra hauling away, and replacing of wood. Yrving was very fair with splitting the cost of the extra work, and hauling + money to replace wood. He and his crew of very professional workers, put in extra hours to get the job done on time. Yrving also did some very creative add on in the four corners, plus the eves of the roof to insure that the squirrels could never get back in.
It was a big messy job, but things were covered plus they cleaned up every day like nothing was going on. We did not replace with metal, we got the 50yr life not wood shingle look. Yrving also has a great referral group of professionals for electrical, painting, and several other professions. The roof passed inspection, and looks great! Yrving is a very special young man, and I recommend him to those who want the best!
