I had a drip from my roof onto my bathroom exhaust fan and it went into the bathroom. I looked up in my attic and could see where it was coming from. I called a little later in the day to really get someone out there, but Mike told me he could have someone out between 8 and 12 next day. This was fine by me because I had a way of keeping the water out of the bathroom that would be fine until then. When Yrving got here I told him my story and he said he found the culprit. My flashing for the exhaust fan stove pipe was missing a nail and letting water in. He sealed it and off he went. The staff from start to finish on the job was very courteous and helpful. Keeping these guys on file and definitely letting anyone who has a roof issue about them. Thanks guys!

Thank you Sacramento Roofing! From the beginning to the end, we were very satisfied that we chose Sacramento Roofing to replace our roof. We felt very comfortable with the quote we were given, as this was going to be a huge financial cost. We also wanted a chimney removed and they removed it for us and closed up the hole. This was a task that no other roofing company wanted to do, which was a huge reason for choosing them. The work was done in 3 days as promised. There were a couple of issues that were addressed and taken care of immediately. Our neighbor must have been impressed with the work done on our roof, he asked for their info and we saw their truck across the street. If you need any roof work done, give them a call!

We needed a repair to our roof because of some rot and we needed gutters added to that side of the house, and no other company we contacted would do a repair and this size of gutter to match our existing gutters. I recently had to replace a roof for my rental property in Sacramento and since this was at the request of my insurance company and I don't have a budget for it, I was shopping around to get the best deal I can find. I got multiple quotes and Sacramento roof has the overall best value as their quote is not only very competitive but Yrving also reassured me that there won't be any change order for repair/replace the Dry rots I might have. The work was on schedule and looks great. Yrving also went above and beyond to help me to trim the trees back so I don't have to worry about trees touching the roof for a while.

He came out at the agreed upon time, went on the roof, took photos, and provided a quote on the spot. He answered all the questions i had and educated me on what is required for my roof replacement. We had our entire roof replaced. These guys were extremely professional, timely, exceptional quality work and they made countless repairs to our roof without throwing ANY change orders at us after the fact. There was a lot of dry rot and they never once complained about having to do extra work. They also installed gutters above our garage that took extra work to adjust the eaves so our gutters drained properly because the eaves were sloped in the wrong direction for drainage. Furthermore they cut and installed a ridge vent and our house stays so much cooler now in 112 degree heat also causing our A/C unit to operate better. These guys are an 11 out of 10. They left the worksite immaculate after every workday and they completed the job in three days. Thank you so much Sacramento Roofing for your professionalism and qualify of work!
