We live in The Villages and as part of our 1st year warranty expiring, we hired a home inspector who found 1 shingle that was cracked and recommended it be replaced. After we discovered that Sack roofing was the original contractor on our new home, the Villages Warranty dept had Sack come out to repair. The person who came out climbed up on the ladder with some shingles and we could hear the banging. Upon finishing, he advised me things were compelte. I asked him if he had taken any photos to show me so I could see the difference (since we had a photo of the damaged split shingle). He said ""absolutley not"" and refused to get a photo for us. He was arrogant, rude and obnoxious. We have dealt with many vendors over the year here and they have all beebn great excect Sack. After reading other negative reviews, it is easy to see why they are rated so low. BEWARE

Took down my review On Google because they know they are wrong. You have the worst unprofessional drivers. speeding and cutting cars off when their is a train coming then Taking a picture of me when you saw I did.... nice! Ya I don't have a company that pays my lively hood so do better

Don't expect your roof to last. They did ours 4 years ago and seemed great. Started having problems with singles letting loose within 2 years. During installation we thought they had put in a roof vent in. When we were doing a remodel of the room below we saw there was no actual vent, it was just a fake vent on the outside. When we called they sent a guy with a drill to make holes instead of doing the job right. Now 4 years later we need a new roof. The new company that is installing has found lots of rotted plywood that was just put in 4 years ago and some of the plywood Sack installed wasn't even nailed down. Don't use them.
