Ryan Saber and his team of excellent roofers were wonderful. They came out within a day or two of calling them to assess our roof and give us their diagnosis. They kept us constantly in the loop of what they were doing and of what the best solutions would be for fixing our roof. We had other roofers come out to give us estimates, but we are so happy that we went with Saber. We've already recommended them to anyone who is in need of roofing repair/replacement. Their professionalism and excellent results (our roof doesn't leak anymore!) are definitely worth calling them! Thanks Ryan!

My neighbor let me know that some of my roof shingles had become detached so I decided to call Saber Roofing (great Yelp reviews and they're just down the street from me). Ryan personally came out and remembered working on the same roof several years back. The original work, was performed by a different owner of the house and by a different roofer who must have had an apprentice assigned to this particular area of the roof (the rest of the roof upon inspection by Ryan seemed to have been done properly). That afternoon, I received a quote (quite reasonable) and a picture of the previous inspection that was done several years previously (nice record keeping!).

Despite his work load, Ryan fit me into his schedule and the roof looks great. I appreciated his thoroughness in explaining what needed to be done, why the previous work looked to have been done by an apprentice and why I shouldn't be immediately concerned with the rest of the roofing.

I'd highly recommend Saber Roofing to anyone who is in need of an inspection and repair.

I had a problem with the roof over my dining room. It had started to sag in a couple of spots near the top. I got 3 estimates including Saber's. They were the only one who did a thorough exam of the entire roof by actually getting up on the roof. They were the only ones who came up with a reasonable, cost effective solution. When they uncovered the problem area, they found the problem more extensive then they thought. They pointed it out and then fixed it at no extra charge. You can not tell where the repair was made on a roof that is over 20 years old! They were quick, clean and very professional. It was nice not to have anything to clean up after they left! They are 5 star plus in my book.

The whole Saber Roofing experience was mighty fine. I called them to check out a leak as I had called two other reputable roofers. The two reputable roofers spent a flash of time and gave me a bid for a bigger job than needed just to insure their warranty.
Darnell, Saber's estimator who seemed to be a man of great personality and politeness, spent a long time going up and down the roof, around the chimney where the leak seemed anticipated and into the attic.
He had pin pointed the source of the leak. Given that drive of doing things right and the price, I hired Saber Roofing.

Juan and his helper whose name I failed to capture showed up when said. As the job progressed it became obvious that Darnell was correct as to where the leak came from but to do things even better, and for a small fraction of the cost, I decided to have the abandoned stucco chimney removed and fixed the problem forever.
Dealing with Ryan Saber on the phone and via email was a very smooth and professional experience. Juan and his helper were also extremely hard working and efficient with the best of friendly personality. They did a very good, clean and speedy job. It better not leak boys!

You listen for customer desire and need, then advise how best to meet those needs and give clear options. You clearly had our best interests at heart.

We really appreciate how you worked with the solar company in making sure all aspects of the project met everyone's standards and protected each of the warranties. Considering the two projects were simultaneous, they progressed seamlessly and swiftly.

Your roofing project itself was efficiently and smoothly handled regardless of complexities. You stayed in touch with us, kept us apprised of status, and were responsive when we needed to reach you.

These guys are the BEST! We just finished re-roofing our house and a rental house with Saber Roofing, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The original 30-year old wood shake roof was falling apart. I called a number of companies, and Saber came out promptly to inspect the roof and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Ryan Saber, the owner himself, came personally to see the properties and discussed all the options. I asked a LOT of questions, and he patiently answered every one and took the time to explain things, which I appreciated. He cares about his work, and it shows! I can be picky about aesthetics and couldn't decide on the new shingle, and Ryan supplied us with a number of addresses that were roofed with specific products and color types, and it really helped us to be able to drive around the neighborhood to see what the overall shingles look like on a house (vastly different than just a sample shingle on a board).

The roof replacement for two houses took only three days. Incredible! Ryan made a tough call on the first tear-down day - 30%-50% chance of rain, and after checking with me, they asked to postpone a day. I'm very grateful they did because it turned out to be a down-pour!!! Tear-down was executed smoothly, without a hitch. These guys are competent experts at what they do. Each day, they left the place clean and the roof protected. We have young children, so debris around the house and yards are a concern. They even went through the place with a metal detector to make sure there were no stray nails.

The crews came promptly every morning at 8:30, as scheduled. Ryan also checked in personally every day to make sure everything was on track, from communications with his foreman to the city inspector sign-offs, all of which he relayed to me. He informed us every step of the way. In addition to the roof, they installed new solar fan, ridge vent, passive vents, new gutters and downspouts, and gutter guards. The house looks AMAZING, and our neighbors have already asked for the referral information. With the scorching weather lately, we've already seen an improvement in air circulation and cooling in our house, which means less need to turn on the a/c, translating into significant energy-cost savings.

You don't see this quality of service and expertise every day, and we are thankful to have found Saber Roofing! It's a true pleasure to work with them (how many contractors can you say that about???) We would highly recommend them to any of our family and friends.

We are in the process of installing a solar array on our flat roof. I called Saber Roofing and asked them to inspect our roof to ensure that we would not have to remove the array in the near future to do any roofing work. Ryan Saber came to our house to do the inspection and indicated that the roof was in good shape overall. He recommended that we install a new layer of roofing material where the array is to be installed so that when the roof needed replacing, the panels would not have to be removed. He also recommended a few other maintenance items aimed at extending the life of the existing roof. Ryan's quote was very reasonable and he coordinated directly with our solar installers to determine where the new roofing material would need to go. Ryan's crew showed up at exactly the time they said they would and they finished the work in one day. They were very professional and courteous and left our driveway cleaner than it had been. Ryan has also followed up several times to ensure we are happy with the work. It is obvious that Ryan takes great pride in his work.
