I had 5 companies come out to give me estimates on replacing my 13 year old, wind damaged, shingled roof, to a standing seam metal roof. SA Metal Roofing was the last company to come out but gave the lowest price estimate. Now, with the lower price you wonder about the work performed and quality. The entire process took 3 days. The first day was a full crew of 6 guys taking off all the old shingles and prepping the roof for the standing seam (clean up was great). The second day involved replacing any rotted/damaged wood and partially installing the new metal roof. The third day involved finishing the installation of the metal roof, as well as installing complete roof vents, and gutters as well (yes, SA Metal Roofing does gutters too).
Let me tell you, these guys work hard and do great work and full clean up.
My new roof looks great and the upstairs of my house stays as cool as the downstairs (even in this 107 degree heat). Prior to this roof being installed, my upstairs registered 10-15 degrees hotter than downstairs). Very happy with my new metal roof and SA Metal Roofing entirely.

Excellent quality of work! We got everything we wanted and more! Work was finished sooner than promised. No mess was left behind. All the roofers worked very hard in this crazy San Antonio heat! The estimate was right on--no surprises!!!! The owner, Ovi, stopped by several times to check the progress and to make sure we were happy. The crew chief, Hector, took time to explain things to us when we had questions. All the workers were very professional and courteous! We would highly, highly recommend this company! Overall GREAT experience!!!! We love our roof!!!!
