Sign up for solar and windows AUG 2023 set me up with their lender Mosiac to pay for the project, here we are March 2024, no windows installed, solar on roof but NOT hookup (NO PTO Certification) now I'm stuck paying my electrical bill and solar payment which is costing me $1000 a month. I called, texted, an emailed as to when they are going to finish the project, THEY ARE MISSING IN ACTION! No response from anyone!!!!!!!! Don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone who has been scammed by company, need to get together and get an attorney to correct this issue.

These guys are trouble, they installed extra solar panels to my system in November. Then they wanted full payment before they finished. so glad I didn't pay them. then they came back and installed m the battery backup that was part of the deal and wanted full payment again. once again I'm glad I didn't pay them. They said they would be back as soon as they received the OK from the power company and here I sit with a no show. so I called the power company and they told me that thier application was canceled do to lack of infomation from S-365, Inc. Now if you try to contact them the number is no longer in service. Go figure???

They revised the flyer wording, possibly after lack of success from it or from complaints by recipients or like the other reviews with photos here.

New wording now is less scary & less enticing. The law ""encourages"" not requires renewable energy. No more mention of rebate. And still they chose to leave out company name/contact info & contractor license info. You only get the phone number to look up.

do not do business with this company. they have abandoned my project and gone completely silent. they lied about the terms and over promised the moon and delivered a lump of coal.

save yourself the trouble and go with sun run or someone reputable.

This company mailed scam flyers to my neighborhood claiming that SB-100 requires Homeowners to convert to renewable energy and that there were potentially big incentives and a $1000 cash rebate available if you joined their program NOW. 1) SB-100 does not require homeowners to do anything. It requires the utilities to provide only renewable energy in over 20 years time. 2) I'm sure they'll never give you that $1000 cash rebate and take tons of money in the process.

Found it was this business through the phone number. Beware.

Received this misleading ""Final Notice"" in my mailbox today. I would never do business with a company that chooses to market their product or service in this predatory manner. If you have an elderly or easily fooled family member, they might think that this is a legitimate notice and call the number on the notice and ""schedule an inspection."" The first line on the mailer is a straight up lie. This notice has no company name it anywhere, which could lead people into thinking they are dealing with PG&E or an agent acting on behalf of PG&E. Shame on whoever thought this was an appropriate way to operate. You should lose your business license, if you even have one.

This company help us get Total Home Back-Up battery and solar, new patio door and windows. The service was great and it was completed in a timely matter and we are seeing big savings since we did it. It took some time for activation. But since our system been activated PG&E has been owing me money.

I recommend this company to whoever needs upgrades on their property. We did not believe nor think it would be that easy and affordable to get renewable upgrades but it work out for us and we're happy. We know it will work for whoever just trust the process... Best advice we can give about our experience.

This business has gone completely silent. I cannot get a hold of anyone. I kept getting the run around from their owner and staff. My solar project is not complete but of course they've already been paid so they don't care.
