Scott was hired to replace a roof on a house we were purchasing. It did look good at completion. It was in September 2017. First heavy rain hit over a month later and we had leaking around the fireplace. He sent his guy out several times. I was disappointed he never came to review. His guy kept saying no leak would pound and work on the flashings around the fireplace. This went on several times before it was repaired and stopped leaking. When I asked him to fix the ceiling from the leak he all of a sudden said we owed him money...$1500. We called our agent and got all the paperwork. He signed off and was paid in full. When I texted him I had all the paperwork to show he was paid he never responded again. I guess we will be paying to fix the drywall.

Had a roof leak, called this roofing company, because my wife's sister used them. They came out the next day, looked at problem, replaced and glued some roof tiles, and put some others back where they had slide out. Showed me the pictures of the work they did and guaranteed the work. Rained a couple days later and no leak.

Left a message for help with a leak. Received a call back from a very unprofessional woman that was not knowledgeable. I was told there was a 2 week wait for someone to come out. I said fine, gave her all my info which took a while because she couldn't seem to understand me. Then she asks what kind of roof I have, and then tells me they won't work on a composite roof. Complete waste of 15 minutes!

Honest and great work! They we're flexible and cleaned up their mess. Their gutter Guy was great and even painted the replaced siding in the chimney (I want getting up there to paint!!)

Scott is awesome. Stand up guy that will give you accurate information on what is wrong with your roof when a leak is found. He gives a super fair price and even when being super busy fit me in for more than one property. He fixed the minor things while inspecting so no further appointment was needed. I have him on speed dial for any future roof needs for sure. Highly recommend!

Great folks! The job foreman has been with S and S for about 20 years and is extremely meticulous. Looks considerably nicer than the roof it replaced. Vent stacks, flashings, and the low profile ventilation painted the same color so it blends into the roof. Yard was left spotless after they finished every night. Could not be any happier!

Called S and S for a leak in my tile roof. Call was returned that day. Scott inspected and showed me the problems with my roof. Explained work to be done, found other tiles that were cracked and needed replacement. Work completed there after. Timely, polite and professional work. Definitely would recommend and use again.

What a lifesaver! I had just found a leak after our last rain and with this big storm coming up, I had to get it fixed. Scott promptly returned my call and met me at my house the next day! Not only did he fix the vent issue, but he found 3 or 4 other issues that he fixed as well - and did not charge extra! He took pics of the repairs so I could see what he had done. He even gave me advice on how to coat the flat portion of my roof to get another 5 years out of it. I am now going to have him give me a quote on new gutters. Thanks Scott, I am ready for the storm!
