Absolutely terrible, postponed on me twice and when I expressed my dissatisfaction was told that the job was completely cancelled as if they were doing me a favor, the woman I was dealing with was incredibly rude and I would never work with these folks. Completely unprofessional and highly highly encourage anyone to reconsider working with this company. Thanks for nothing.

S&N is a professional company, all around. Scott was very thorough with explaining the issues with my roof and providing different options at different price points. Natalie was prompt with scheduling, communication and responding to any of my questions. The day of replacing the roof they sent me pictures and emailed me updates since I wasn't home. The installation crew also did a very thorough job cleaning up. From beginning to end, the S&N crew delivered!

We could not have been more happy with your service today. It's never great to wake up on a rainy morning with an impending snow storm and be faced with a leaking roof. Your swift response and immediate action allowed us to mitigate our leak quickly with minimal damage to our home. Even with the rain, sleet and impending 6 inch snow storm, you were able to respond in 3 hours and provide us with an emergency fix. The cost was extremely affordable - even for an emergency!
