This Person Luis Martinez the project manager from S & I Construction Group Inc IS THE F@#$ING WORSE GUY IN THE BUSINESS!! This guy came in my house saying he can do an easy job that turned out the WORSE JOB. All I wanted was close my daughters room access to get in the attic and open another in the hallway. But what i got was his helper Salvador later i learned that he was only a painter Salvador cut the hole in the hallway and i looked at the hole and man the F@#$ed up. I look up and see nothing but framing all over and water pipes. I asked Salvador what was he going to do and he said I don't KNOW!! I called Luis and he said it was a miss communication.. my ass luis. Very unprofessional these guys had no proper tools and ladders to do anything. I just wanted you guys who hire him to be careful because he really can't do nothing correctly.

My experience on my bathroom remodel was just great. I can't believe it is the same room or that it is mine.
S&I Construction came out and looked at my old bathroom. He said that if we moved the toilet a few inches I could get a bigger shower. It was really small. They did the work in two weeks.
Now I have a comfortable bathroom, and I can actually move around in the shower, the tile work is really nice.

These guys are amazing at what they do! I am happy to say that S & I Construction does not disappoint for me. Their professionalism is shown on the results of their great work. Flooring done to perfection, on a timely manner and with efficiency. It is great to see how many options they are able to offer and how knowledgeable and patient the staff is to answer every question. The quality of products and their work ethic just amazing. Highly recommend them for small or large jobs, it seems that they can handle most type of projects!

Not very responsive. I have an issue with a lifetime warranty patio that they built and have left 4 messages and sent an email. no one seems to want to talk to me about it. i wouldn't do business with someone like this company if this is how they back their work.
